My husband and I came in here. We want to remodel our bathroom. Upon entering it seemed like a great place. There were 2 employees sitting in the back. Not once did they come to us to ask us if we needed help. When we finally made it to the back of the store we were not even worth the ladies time. She handed us a pamphlet on their business and told us to call when we would want them to come see our bathroom. She didn’t even try to sell their business. Terrible and snobby. Will not do business here ever.

I would like to redo my bathroom, so when I saw this shop, I came into this shop. It is really nicely done with great displays of their craftsmanship. Having said that, of the four employees sitting in the back, none came out to help me. The owner eventually came over and told me that I couldn’t take any pictures. Really? I guess I have to memorize their products. I think this type of practice is snobbish and doesn’t speak of good customer relationships. I will not purchase a single thing here due to their really silly no picture policy.
