I signed up with hopes that the facility offering free personal training would give me the body I wanted… Well, the Trainer that spoke to me 1 time and 1 time only was not professional at all, that PT is a lie, the only one he was interested in helping was someone who was already there (skinny and fit), I mean this guy would not even act like you were there if he saw you. Needless to say, I gave up. If u need help, might want to go to another place
