I’ve been going to this store for 30 years. I started when they were in an old building and a «younger» Mike worked there. As time past, they became a tenant in a new building built behind the old. Eventually Mike became the sole owner. He is a great member of the community and besides that just a great guy. He will try and get anything (well almost anything) that you want. I only hope I can continue to stop by there for the next 30 years

Other than the fact that they charged like $ 9 for a thing of vanilla extract (granted it was a big one), this place is great. They’ve got a decent beer selection and a good wine selection considering the size of the place. They actually carry my favorite pinot grigio that Tim special ordered for my bday when we lived in Newton. Now that is awesome. The selection is small but they’ve got what you need and at least in terms of beer & wine there are some reasonable options to boot!

Yet another combination shop in Boxborough. This one is part liquor store, part convenience store, and part post office… go figure! I have only stopped in a couple of times, but they seem to have a good selection on all counts.
