The tent worked well however I have never had such horrible customer service. The owner of the company called us screaming about how unprofessional and unreasonable we were when we asked to delay the take down of the tent a day due to a storm and unsafe working conditions. I have never been treated so poorly by another person in any aspect of my life– professional or personal. I would never use them again.

The physical tent was fine, but the service was horrible. The profane language the owner used when talking to the event planner was completely unprofessional and embarrassing for them. They were unresponsive about timing of set-​up and take down. With the attitude of the people who run the business, I can’t believe anyone works for them.

Had sugarplum tents for our wedding and had the clear tent! It was beautiful and a crowd stunner. We were worried about rain and so they had plans on last minute notice to possibly tent our ceremony site in addition to the reception site. We ultimately didn’t need it and there was no charge. They were incredibly easy to work with, agreeable, and enthusiastic about our wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful reception site!
