Rue21

I was making some last minute purchases before going on a cruise. It wasn’t until a couple of weeks later that I realized I purchased the wrong size shorts. Without having a receipt, I met with the store manager and explained my problem. He was awesome about the whole thing and gave me no trouble at all in exchanging my shorts for the right size. I will always make future purchases at Rue21 in Boynton Beach. The store manager and his associates were so helpful, friendly and kind. I am a customer for life! Thank you for the great customer service!!!

We were asked by our granddaughter to get her clothes for Christmas at Rue21. Upon going to their website, I printed out coupons, depending how much you spent determined how much you would get off your order. With the help of one of their salespersons, we accumulated over $ 100 worth of clothing, which would give us $ 40 off. Upon going to the register, we were told that almost everything we picked would not qualify for the discount. The manager came over and confirmed. Their salesperson knew of our coupon because we were totaling as we were going. Because of the unprofessional way the manager handled it, we told them they could put everything back and we would never shop there again. They also tried to sell us perfumes because the salespeople were told they had to. What a waste of my time. It was a true BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Now Kohl’s will get my money.
