Lox Spread platter was wonderful! Mimosas were great and service was fast. We will be back.

We went in for 2 bagels(uncut no smear) and expresso to go. The server was very pleasant, expresso price reasonable. The bagels were $ 2.00 each!!! It took a little while to get them and they came out wrapped in aluminum foil. I said«we did not want them heated up.» She said«we had to warm them up». Why??? We should have walked out but instead paid and left. We went to 2 of the local supermarkets and both sold big, beautiful bagels for 69 €!!! each!!!

Very cute little place. My husband and I have been here several times and we have always experienced very long waits. The coffee is good and a mimosa helps with the wait time. I feel like they could use more staff. The food however was worth waiting for with one exception. The last time we were so happy with our bagel sandwiches, we ordered several bagels to take home with us. This took 15 min for them to package up our bagels. Took so long we asked if they were making more. We were told no they are just packing them up for us. We were surprised when they were given to us hot in a steamed bag. By the time we got home they were beyond mushy. More like soggy bread. So if your ordering bagels to go — do not let them heat them. This and the wait time is the reason for 3 stars.

Very bad service. The staff did not seem like they wanted to be here. It was our first time and we will most likely never be back. We had the skillets. The bacon was way undercooked and the hash browns and eggs were over cooked. Bagels were the only part that was okay!

The only reason this is more than 1 star is because of bri the owner is awesome. I love the concept behind the resturamt, but the service is awful. It took us 15MINUTES to get a bagel with bacon on the side and nothing else. There was 3 people ahead of us, but that’s it, they did not care at all about time. Did not smile and hated being there that morning. Always the experience to be had here.

It did the trick for an early morning breakfast. The bagels were a little tough but otherwise service was great. It also was a little dark when I walked in so wasn’t sure if they were initially open or not.

Awesome bagels, nice staff, and a coupon to boot! A great place to grab a quick breakfast. Just remember to specify your coffee size. They gave me a 16 oz. large when I asked for a latte and that’s just a HUGE coffee.

Had a tasty breakfast here with my daughter. Service was prompt, but they were definitely understaffed. After we started there got to be a line but they kept it moving. A lot of their effort was focused on making mimosas which seemed to be popular. Had a good egg and bacon bagel, and another with PB&J for the kid. Just what we expected.

Very cute little bagel shop the food was good but the wait was pretty long. Only had two guys working on a Saturday at 10am. They could use more people working there especially on the weekend. Just saying.

Bozeman exudes«cool» in a unique way, and Bagels Etc is definitely a reflection of this. On the morning before leaving town I needed a small«pick me up» before heading to the aiport. Just a simple bagel with cream cheese and coffee was all I needed. The coffee was great, the bagel very tasty and it came with an abundance of cream cheese… seriously, like half a pack smeared on the bagel. My only real complaint was slower than normal delivery time, then again, I might have been over anxious to leave so that I could stand in the security line at the airport . I absolutely loved the store itself… classic Montana, and yes it is true you can order a beer with your bagel. Had I only know on this visit! Next time!

The atmosphere is nice. But the wait was way too long for the type of food they are serving. The«Denver Skillet» was huge; it was way more than I could have possibly eaten. But, it was also cold and the cheese was clumped into only certain parts of the dish. I made a bacon-for-ham substitution and the bacon was barely cooked. No word yet as to the state of my stomach.

Beer and Bagels! Yup, that’s not a typo — get a Guinness with your bagel! What a way to start the day — it’s how I imagine heaven! Bagels are good… not perfect, but it’s hard to find a perfect bagel. Was in a group of 5 enjoying an early breakfast. Bagels were nicely prepared and generously topped. If you need a bagel fix this will get you going.

Pros: –The food was delicious. Everyone in my group agreed on that. I had the Gandhi breakfast burrito and loved it, although it was huge and I wasn’t able to finish it. –The woman working at the register was very pleasant and informative. Cons: –The types of bagels they actually had in stock vs the number listed on their menu was very few.(This was the reason I had a breakfast burrito instead of a bagel sandwich) –Except for the cashier’s great personality, the service was absolutely terrible. –They had one woman at the register and 3 women in the kitchen. It took 45 minutes for all of us to get our food after ordering, and none of them came at the same time. Two of us had finished our meals before the other two even received them. One of the orders was partially wrong, but we had waited so long to receive them we didn’t bother trying to fix it. Other customers who had ordered food to-go were sitting around waiting for their food just as long as we were. –None of the staff seemed to know what orders went where. One of the women working in the back was delivering the food, and has the most angry look on her face and was constantly rolling her eyes and sighing exasperatedly. Her body language made it looked like she absolutely hated her job and did not want to be there whatsoever. Her attitude seemed to be directed toward the customers, especially when she had to repeat what she was saying because no one could hear her. When she did find the right table she slapped down the basket and quickly stormed off. It was actually quite comical how terrible this woman’s attitude was. — No one was bussing the tables, yet there appeared to be no place for us to put dirty dishes ourselves. Every table was covered in dirty, empty baskets, trash, and silverware because the customers had to just keep pushing them to the side in a stack in order to have a clear table. The table we ended up sitting at was sticky and there was a large amount of dropped food on the ground beneath us that I had to actively avoid stepping in. Long story short: Great food, but absolutely terrible overall experience.

Main St is a tough location to start a restaurant, and especially the location Bagels ETC is at has had a pretty high turnover if I remember correctly. My point is, it seemed going into the business that they were set up to fail, though I sure hope I am wrong. I have heard some trash talk about the bagels here so I thought I would see for myself. And unfortunately, the bagels really don’t measure up to what a true bagel should be. However, it seems that despite Bagels ETCs name, they do not specialize in bagels. I mean, while they could be better, everything else was really good! –great service, speedy cooking, and their sandwiches and scrambles are genuinely amazing. Really, the way they cook their eggs is perfect and Im glad they use quality sausage and other ingredients. TL;DR: Come for everything but the bagels. Giggidy.

Love this place! I’m visiting for two weeks, and my best friend took me here on day 1… And I have been addicted ever since! The Lox Platter is amazing, like best I have had! The smoked salmon is amazing, and it comes with a bagel all for 4.50 $ yup! I have eaten here every morning since day 1. Except today cause it’s Tuesday! And they close Tuesdays… Who does that! Boo! So disappointing. They have excellent coffee and a wide variety of bagels. And… Wait for it… Booze! Kaluha and coffee! Mimosas!

Finally a refreshing bagel location on mainstreet in downtown Bozeman and theses are not your run of the mill bagel options either. I love how the menu is creative and constantly changes. I have been and will continue to frequent Bagels etc!

Atmosphere: small town and up beat. Decorations were tasteful and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Service: our order was promptly taken and delivered correctly. Food/taste: bagels were small and underwhelming. Aside from not being filling I was quite concerned they would chip my teeth due to being harder than rock. Homemade potato chips were exemplary and were a bright spot to an otherwise dreary meal. Unfortunately the Etc was better than the bagels.

I had a breakfast bagel from here that was decent. The bagels could have been a little less chewy as others have mentioned.
