I was a little disappointed that we wouldn’t be visiting any hospitals but let’s face it– most of the patients at hospitals are elderly and the equipment is the same. It was confusing signing up because as I learned later there is no administrative office handling calls. Your best bet is to contact the Cambridge branch. I really don’t have any negatives other than how hard it was to get someone to call me back and answer my questions.
