First, I’d like to start off saying that I’m extremely happy with the final product. They did an amazing job on our wet bar. It’s gorgeous and it’s exactly what we were looking for. However, the process to get there was little frustrating at times. My husband and I had them come out to do a free consultation and to draw up a plan and give us a quote. We also had another company come out to do the same thing to compare prices. It took them a while to get back to us and after we decided we wanted to proceed with them we had to hound them to get any type of response back. It was so aggravating that we decided to go with another company. However, I really liked the design and the fact they could do everything: electrical (moving our outlet up), plumbing (hooking the sink up), cabinets, installing granite, etc. I liked that I hired one company to do it all and he coordinated everyone coming out rather than the others I looked at that I would have to hire an electrician and plumber. It was convenient. After we finally got ahold of them again things started to really move along. There were a couple of snags with communication of when they were coming to the house or canceling coming out. In the end they worked with my schedule, even going as far as to come to the house after I got home from work and finish the job then since I couldn’t take any more time off work to be home while they were there working. While it was a frustrating process at time and there was lack of communication throughout the process I’m still really happy we went with them because it’s quality work and is beautiful.
