I’ll be honest. I hesitated to write this review for selfish reasons. I don’t want to share Jessilyn! She does great work and takes the time to understand what you’re looking for out of your brow experience. Her mapping is on point!
She’s great at her job and is always booked. For that reason I highly recommend making an appointment.
Now… don’t read this review and show up expecting her to fit you in immediately. Walk-​in appointments are rare with her!

Jessylin is AMAZING! I am down in FL visiting for the weekend and walked in to get my brows done. Jessylin explained exactly what she was doing as she measured out my brows. I asked her if she could show me a «lazy girl hack» to make my eyebrows look fuller and more polished and I am so happy that she did. I walked away with awesome brows and brow gel and the confidence to make them look amazing on my own! Will def be back to see her anytime I come to visit and will recommend her to all my friends in the area! Go, you wont regret it!

Went to get my brows waxed at Ulta. The price ($ 21) was higher than I’m used to, but thought I’d give it a try. I went to the back and saw a sales assoc. Helping a client next to the salon.
I waited and waited, but the lady was asking a ton of questions. Nobody else seemed to be working the floor. Once the lady was done the associate, having seen that I was at the salon register, proceeded to briskly walk past me (maybe to get away from me?). I had to catch her to get her attention to me. I was slightly irked.
She told me Kessilyn the eye brow waxer was at lunch and put me in the appointment book for when she got back.
I decided towalk around and wait. I’m glad I did! Jessilyn was great. She took my requests and did a great job. She was personable, professional, and efficient. She redeemed this store. I found the prices throughout the store to be exorbitant and figured this was going to be my first and last visit. Jessilyn is the only reason I’d come back…

Recently relocated to Florida and have had the worst experience with my eyebrows. Either too thin or different shapes, just a mess. Someone referred Jessilyn so I had my first appointment with her last night. Let’s just say this woman does an awesome job! Had no idea she would be able to make them look as good as she did given what she had to work with! I still need some rehab she says but that only means they will get even better. She’s a keeper! Already booked my next appointment!

A for effort on the makeup artists part, but got the feeling they were using me as practice, not a client. However, customer service is slow to respond.
Over and over, I’ve used their services for makeup applications, waxing (I believe they use a soy based product that does not remove hair effectively), hair tool advice, and haircuts. Severely disappointed in waxing products and techniques. Reapply, rip, repeat. I have a unique textured hair and know what does not work, but stylist have disregarded my expertise. If you want hair tool and product advice, Google serves better, and faster.
I do return there when Sephora’s snoots are just too unbearable. But that’s a whole other review!

Just moved here from the Maryland/​Washington DC area. and was like where am I going to find someone I really like. well I read someone else’s review and had Jessilyn do my brows… she did a fantastic job! All I’m saying is I will be driving from Fort Myers to see her! Everyone in the store was very pleasant! Thanks Jessilyn she is great!

The brow bar was a great experience! After waxing and threading my brows I was disappointed because I prefer a full eyebrow. Jessilyn helped me transform my eyebrows, they use an aloe base wax and brow mapping educated the consumer in how to maintain eyebrows. I purchased the browzings and gimme brow gel. both great products..
