Great Subs, I personally recommend the Club Supreme, Mikes Way. I have visited Jersey Mikes Subs across the Bay Area, and the Sandwiches are consistently good from all locations…

Their «steak» tasted not so steak like. It was quick and friendly service though but I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the food. But it is a fast food sub shop so I won’t complain.

My favorite sub shop! The place is clean and the people are friendly. Couple suggestions… make more Rosemary parm bread, and put a little more bacon on the #9. Great place!

Great subs, however the customer service STINKS. I have been here many time and literally every single employee has ZERO personality. The manager is the worst personality wise so I guess she hires people like her? I keep going because the food is good and its «fast» but they could really use some retraining on the customer service side.

Will not be going back. Wasted my lunch break dealing with the silliness of the staff. I waited my turn in line, place my order and in the middle making my sub the employee stopped and began making someone elses sub, because it was easier. The other customer even asked her to finish mine and she refused. He even apologized to me for HER behavior.

First visit and not impressed. We called in the the order to pick up. Our order was repeated back to me twice and yet when we arrived home they were still wrong-​no mikes way. Give me a Lenny’s any day over this slop. Had to take it back. They were proactive in trying to make it right; so, I will give them another chance-​after the initial training phase.

First visit. Best subs I’ve had in Years! Quality, taste, and regular size is a MEAL! Bought 3 different subs & shared. All were winners! Only wish they were marked with name or number when buying several. I got 2 different combo cold subs and a hot philly cheese steak with jalapemos. Again GREAT!

I’ve been to quite a few Jersey Mikes and the subs are amazing. They cut the meat and cheese right in front of you with a deli slicer so you know it is a fresh as possible. This one just opened I don’t know when but it seemed they where still training employees it was a little chaotic. But again the subs are really good. I got the chipotle Philly cheesesteak it was really good. My fiancé got the Italian it had quite a few meats and cheeses I don’t remember them all lol. But they do take orders online and by call to be more convenient. We will be definitely coming here over subway or Jimmie johns. Try this place out but remember they are new so be patient the food is really good here.
