What a great find. I picked up a plate lunch of brisket with baked beans and potato salad. Some of the best brisket I have eaten. I can’t wait to go back to try everything else on the menu-chicken, pulled pork and ribs to name a few. This will be a weekly pickup for dinner. There were also some unique sides-squash casserole was one-that I will definitely try. Also some nice looking desserts

I usually just come here for their turkey leg, they only make a few every morning and it’s moist and delicious! Some days the brisket is good and some days it’s a little dry. I haven’t tried their other stuff yet, but I’ll definitely give it a try!

Little Willie’s is much better than other BBQ restaurants on that side of the Reservoir. Their pulled pork sandwich was HUGE, and the prices aren’t bad either. I just got my order to go, but the inside is very quaint with lots of bbq themed décor! It’s a nice place to stop in and grab a delicious supper on your way home from work, and as slow as the Reservoir traffic can be, it’s hard to not stare at the sign as you slowly pass by. It’ll definitely pull you in!

Best meat market in Jackson area. Can’t beat the twice backed potatoes. Great customer service.

This is a little local BBQ joint that I highly recommend. Everything is homemade and very good. No special ingredients or flashy recipes here. Just good ol’ home cooked BBQ and sides. The meat is excellent. Try the brisket, and then go back another day and have pulled pork, and then go back and get a burger for lunch. Serving sizes are generous and prices even better. The sauce is on the sweet side, but you don’t really need it. The meat stands on its own. It’s primarily a take-out place on the corner of a small strip with just a few indoor seats. But you’ll really want to take yours out. Order your food by the pound, and sides by the pint. We can feed a family of 4 for $ 30 or so.

More than just BBQ. You can get specialty cut meats here too. I buy all my steaks for grilling here. Very good quality and fresh.

I «liked» them on Facebook; might have been a mistake! Now they send me pictures all day long of their specials and I start to salivate! Today I tried to be good, they sent a picture of an awesome looking burger that was stuffed with cheese and mushrooms, then smoked! Damn it looked good, but I managed to resist. Along about 2:30, they send out one with some gorgeous smoked chicken legs; no stopping me this time, and I’m glad about it. Perhaps the best smoked chicken in the world! I’m lucky to live this close, Little Willie’s is the food of the Gods!

Cleaned up their operation and moved back to their old spot. Smoked hamburgers are still awesome. 2 pounds pulled pork feeds 4. It is good food. It is extremely hard to get to this place if you are taking a left into the parking lot in 5 O’clock traffic.

They just moved to a new location that is the OLD location next to the Rapids property. The last strip mall on the left before you cross the reservoir. New owners. I never ate at the last one, but the pork is nice and moist. We got a pound of pork, a plate of deviled eggs and a «large» sweet potato for $ 3. The potato was the tiniest thing ever. I laugh. Eggs were awesome and worth the $. The sauce is way sweet. Some folks love that but it is not my style. I doused it with some good olé Texas bbq sauce and enjoyed my lunch a ton. I’ll go back and try the burger, maybe a pork sammich. Good option for the area.

You can get a slab of meat & take it home to cook or dine-in/take out BBQ plates, or buy by the pound at Little Willie’s. The menu is on there website. They are behind the Soulshine Pizza on Old Fannin, next the the Chinese place & Joe’s Diner. The ribs come with a modest dry rub and they offer a sauce you can add to it. The sauce isn’t too sweet. not bad. They are slightly fatty, not alot, but they do have a bit of fat on them. They’re not bad and not the best you’ve ever had. The sausage is good. They offer pretty decent sides like green bean casserole, baked potato, etc… It’s a good middle of the road BBQ joint.
