I ordered an arrangement in person in the store, and asked for one special request, I wanted two birds added to the floral piece, I chose for my uncles funeral. The piece was beautiful, but there were no birds. It may sound trivial but the birds were very important to me. .i was very disappointed. Andrea rapuano

Pretty disappointed. I ordered through Teleflora and based on what my mom received for her birthday, I won’t be ordering through Telefora OR directly through this flower shop in the future. I understand that substitutions may be made; however, the substituted item (a few bamboo stalks) was listed on the website and I chose not to order it. I clearly made the decision to pay for a «money tree,» not bamboo twigs. I say twigs because, even if I ordered the bamboo, it was nowhere near as full as the picture shows. I just assumed that the substitution would be a plant more closely resembling my order. I understand the quality may not be as good when Teleflora takes a cut, but nevertheless, I hoped that the shop would have some integrity in putting together an arrangement with their name on it.
