The Bass Shoe Outlet in the Outlet Center has a ton of different shoes for men and women. They have shoes ranging from sneakers to formal wear, as well as some basic clothing items. The nice thing about this store is the fact that they are always having a sale. Sometimes some sales are better than others, so it is important to go when it is a worthy sale. This store also has a great selection of clearance items for women, but generally not as many for men.
Some critiques I have about this store is that a lot of the time their shoes wear easily. This is usually not an issue if you are buying inexpensive shoes, but for the amount of money you pay at this store, the product should last longer. This store also makes it difficult at times to return items.
On two separate occasions I have watched people come into the store dissatisfied with the shoes they had purchased. During both of those returns the staff seemed off put by the return and made the process difficult by asking the customers what seemed like a million questions about their discontent.
