Wow, what a decline in service and quality. Today we stopped in at this Dunks to grab a cup of coffee before work and we have to say that our experience was terrible. We ordered a large iced coffee and a peach iced tea. The coffee was the wrong flavor and so was the iced tea! This was agitating but we dealt with it. The biggest frustration was the fact that the drive-thru line took forever to get through which was annoying because there were only four cars in line. The next stressor was the fact that they don’t have the capacity to scan the payment application, I ended up having to read the numbers multiple times until they entered it right. In the end, terrible experience but I’m holding on to hope since we have had decent experiences in the past.
