This was my first time visiting Vermont. My boyfriend and I decided to stop here for a quick road trip snack and couldn’t be more pleased. This place captures the beauty of Vermont and the freshness of locally sourced ingredients. Everything on the menu is vegan or vegetarian and there’s plenty for the even the most stubborn carnivore to enjoy. The baked fries with herbs are banging with awesome sauces. The falafel wrap is filling and tasty. I had the veggie pesto melt with a pink lemonade beet juice. They make all their breads as well as gf breads and desserts. The special was a ginger Bok Choy soup that I slurped up in two seconds. Their vegan cheese even impressed me(the cheese queen) the ambience is very zen and youthful. Staff is friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone who is curious about veganism or who just needs a nourishing flavorful meal.

I’m a Gluten-free, Dairy Free, Vegan. Sometimes we travel and do a search for a place to eat figuring we just need to eat and don’t mind too much about what it is, as long as they can do the GF/DF/V menu. These folks go above and beyond, providing a meal that not only met our dietary needs, but was seconds-worthy tasty. We need more of these kind of restaurants — restaurants who take the time not only to meet specific dietary needs, but to prepare DELICIOUS meals. Highly recommended!

I love the food here. I started eating here before I was eating plant-based and now I love it even more! The raw felafel is my favorite.

Vegan GF locally-sourced fresh, organic, homegrown food made with love. Expensive, yes, but why not treat yourself? You deserve it. On the canal with views. Local art on the walls. A Buddha hiding in one of the café plant pots. I’ve tried quite a few dishes here. My favorites so far are the mushroom burger and the fancy avocado sandwich but the bowls are also satisfying and the soups I’ve tried have more than satisfied. Love the golden turmeric mylk, maybe not the shaljit so much, but there are so many options. Come, enjoy drinking from hand-made mugs with inspirational sayings, take in the laid-back vibe and the angled sun, give yourself the time. You won’t regret it. And on your way out, if you’re anything like me, you’ll be stopping by the pastry case for something you’ve never seen before but just have to try. Like kale cake. Which was awesome.

Our absolute favorite restaurant in the area! Everything on the menu is vegan(unless you count honey, which is only in a few menu items), and I think almost everything is gluten free. This is the kind of food I would make for myself if I could every day. Friendly folks work here, make sure you allow enough time for a relaxed meal if it’s a busy weekend evening. Amazing desserts, and we love the baked & covered burrito. You really can’t go wrong!

My favorite restaurant in Brattleboro. For someone avoiding wheat and dairy this restaurant provides delicious organic food that one can’t get anywhere else. I love the«grilled cheese» sandwich on onion bread, the pesto sandwich and the Green Giant smoothie. The desserts are so interesting, not too sweet and yummy.

I love this unique little café. The food is delicious and healthy, teas and drinks are handmade, and the desserts are to die for. The atmosphere here is magical with tables looking out over a tiny channel of the Whetstone Brook. The staff is friendly and inspirational art covers the walls. I could sit and eat here all day long!

We really loved this place. We came here toward the end of August and enjoyed walking around the shops after eating here. There is parking down a side street(pay and display) if you can’t find a spot on the street. We got the quesadilla and burrito, both excellent. I’m seriously impressed and would drive far to come here again. The food is fresh and super healthy. If you have any thoughts or questions about the food you are invited to ask. One of the best aspects is the laid back, relaxing atmosphere. Plants everywhere, unique décor, super friendly and accomidating staff. The bathroom is also amazingly clean and beautifully designed with changing tables.

I’m no usually one to enjoy vegan dishes on the regular. But Superfresh has turn me around their dishes are creative and the ingredients are intelligently chosen that any regular meat eater can enjoy.

This place is out of control delicious! The food is astronomical and the atmosphere and staff are amazing! Being vegan is very hard to go out to eat and get quality food at the same time. Super Fresh has changed all that for me!

I cook at a vegan restaurant in Boston and am always excited to try other vegan digs in other areas… Superfresh! was pretty awesome. I ordered the regular mushroom burger with raw onion bread with a side salad and beet maple balsamic as well as the Green smoothie. The smoothie was just okay — I knocked down one star. It was surprisingly pretty bland considering it has spirulina, chlorella, avocado, vanilla, and some other ingredients. The mushroom burger on the other hand was delicious… while mushrooms and mung beans together tend to «imitate» meat this was in no way served as a «meat» replacement but rather all the flavors of the vegetables complimented each other well. The raw onion bread was thin and made the burger a little hard to eat. Portions are a little on the smaller side, butttt it is organic, so the prices seem about right. The iced coffees were too watery though, if you want coffee I would recommend Mocha Joe’s a couple doors down. I can’t wait to stop by Brattleboro again.

Creative intelligent dishes! Raw tastes like electricity: Smoothies, personal pizzas, pad Thai, etc. wide range of options for people looking for totally organic foods that are engrossing in flavor. Easily avoid gluten and dairy. Deserts aren’t too sweet. Much to explore on the menu. This was my first time. I am so grateful for places like this because I feel they raise the bar for health and vitality in a community. Great service here too with bright humans who demonstrate the benefits of living foods.

Food was unbelievably good. Maple Beet dressing on the salad was perfect, nori rolls with fresh ramps. Highly recommended. Add a little extra time to your planning, staff and service is laid back but you can take in a nice view of the river and know you’re about to get some amazing food.

Omg!!! This place is THEBEST! I had the Mushroom burger and my lumberjack man had some sort of Wholesome Bowl. I had the green machine smoothie, which was amazing! Lumberjack had the lemonade with cayenne. Also, the oven fries were great with chipotle. The service was friendly and quick! We definitely recommend!

This is my second time here. I got a seasonal salad and my sister got a tea time smoothie — green tea, berries, and refreshing and not overly sweet. The salad was a great combo of veggies with a little apple. I don’t always love veggies but this was delicious. I got the beet balsamic dressing and it was great.

The food is unbelievably delicious and healthy. The people are unbelievably friendly. It’s just a wonderful experience. It takes me an hour and 10 minutes to drive to Superfresh, but I’d drive across the country for it. And I love all their tasty, raw, vegan desserts — I eat them on my long drive home… one after another.

Wonderful choice for the health-conscious crowd, or anyone with dietary restrictions. Extensive gluten-free and vegan menu; foods made with fresh and minimally-processed ingredients. Lots of raw options too, if that’s your thing! The gluten-free sandwich bread can be pretty dry/dense, so I don’t usually go for the sandwiches. The Superfood Bowl for breakfast is satisfying without weighing you down, and the Hashbrown Deluxe is a heartier option. The smoothies and hot drinks are amazing, and they have a wide selection of tempting raw and vegan pastries and chocolates. If you’re short on time, they’ve also got a grab and go fridge with pre-packed items.

Spectacular. Raw vegan offerings, when well-crafted, are some of the tastiest and exciting you can try. This place is amazing, and we’ll definitely be getting in some additional meals here before we leave town. In the same class as From Seed To Sprout in Avon-by-the-Sea, NJ, for those familiar with that excellent restaurant. Yes, you need to order at the counter, and yes, you need to bus your own table. No problem. If you’re a little nervous about trying raw vegan, start with the desserts. They’ll win you over to the vegan side!
