When he got home they shorted him a pack of chicken stars, only gave two sauces when he specifically asked for multiple,

Last night I bought a Teriyaki Burger… I ate a few bites and noticed a funny taste. They used the white hard part of the lettuce head… BUT THATS NOT IT!… I removed the lettuce and took another bite… I almost puked… The mayo and Teriyaki sauce was moldy… I was already on the 57 and didn’t go back, but I did throw the burger away… NOW TODAY… as of right now… I’m sitting on the toilet for the fourth time since 3 am with diarrhea… I’ll never go back there again… AND I SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE EATS THERE EITHER!

I have been to this location multiple times. I have to say, it’s been very irritating lately. I sit in the back most of the time and I could hear one of the cashiers what her plans are for over the weekend. I do not want to hear about an underage girl drinking and getting high. On my last visit I overheard that the manager was her mom. Does she not get embarrassed by her daughter’s behavior? She has a very loud and obnoxious voice. All the other cashiers have been very professional. Today, the tall white guy and short Hispanic girl (Miriam, I believe?)attended me and they did fantastic! The four stars are for the two employees that attended me today. I’d give it a zero if it wasn’t for them.
*just read back on the other reviews and the one credits Miriam for great service as well, kudos to her!

My review is in regards to their order taking methods. They do the «medium or large» option when you order a combo and then afterwards realize that the standard is a small you could have saved money and not necessarily got the larger size. Very unethical in my opinion so if someone from management or corporate sees this please retrain your employees to not go down this route when order taking!

I dunno, man. Sometimes it seems that fast food joints are cutting so many corners, all we’re left with is fake frankenfood with extra sauce and a stupid name. Ultra processed, ultra tasteless ultra pointless. I don’t think it’s nostalgia clouding my mind because McDonald’s has always sucked. But for a flame broiled burger, Carl’s used to really stand apart from the other chains. I don’t know what’s happened. I mean, if I’m gonna rack up 980 calories, it better be worth it. But it ain’t. The cheese is a formed orange substance not quite rubber but nothing remotely close to a dairy product, an enigma like that weird powdered coffee creamer. It’s almost not even a food. I may be being a bit harsh. But Carl’s used to make real crinkle cut fries too, and those beat the hell out of ANY other fries. In short, Carl’s used to be pretty damn good. I wish they would really find their soul again. And bring back the old mascot Star. Get retro, and make good burgers the point of it all. And, maybe bring back hotdogs too. Scale back the menu, stop trying to be McDonalds. But get the In-​n-​Out hats, get back to the roots, just concentrate on good meat and making it fun and fresh. Hardees used to have some killer sandwiches, like a poor man’s Arby’s but the sauces were far superior. First time I had a horseradish sauce at a Hardees in Times Square, I almost lost my mind. Carl’s used to have a salad bar and be kinda western. Think they need to reclaim that image. They’re a California institution and they ought to be owning burgers.

When ordering a breakfast combo they always try to trick you into thinking you only have a choice of medium or large. This time I replied Small please and the last still charged me for a medium. This is a constant practice at this Carl’s Jr. BUYERS BEWARE.

Way cool! A Carl’s Jr with great customer service! Miriam J. is a sweetheart and she made sure I had my order correct. The rest of the crew is on the ball and this place is very clean.
One observation to the staff. Try not to carry conversations in Spanish. You are in a working environment and it is unprofessional to do this specially when not all staff understands it.

Easy access to parking.
We haven’t been to Carl’s Jr. in awhile and saw some new items on the menu: cod fish, teriyaki, etc. As we were placing an order, I asked the cashier what she recommended. She didn’t hesitate to recommend. I appreciated that a lot!
We ordered 4 different burgers, some with combo meals. Replaced french fries with zucchini and onion rings. Received onion rings and french fries, went to the counter and addressed, they apologized, received zucchini.
I had the teriyaki burger. It was fantastic!

I agree with someone else on here, Ray is the nicest person I’ve ever met in this industry. I’ve been coming here for almost ten years now (holy crap!) this used to be my lunch and dinner in college.
My favorite is the double western bacon cheeseburger and 5 piece hand breaded chicken strips.
TIP: If you end up coming in really late, make a polite request for fresh food in case it’s been out for a little while and they tend to always help you out.
I love this location and I’ll keep coming back until I move too far away!

Ray (the manager) and Dulce are incredible! Ray always remembers my order, is so friendly, and really does the best customer service I’ve ever seen in a fast food restaurant. He even remembers my name when I come in — and I don’t come in THAT regularly. Also, Dulce greeted me tonight in a quick fashion, was playful and sweet, and said «My Pleasure» instead of a «Ya». «$.$$»… Or all the other rude responses most people do when ordering! She actually acknowledged me and made me feel like guest! I love that when I asked her what her favorite shake flavor was, she joked and said «It’s a secret!», but then she told me. Food is always delicious as well.

If you want to try the new Bund on the burger you have to request it… Silly they have more pic’s than windows! Stupid answer from one of the workers; they should offer the deal when you pick a products especially when the pic is advertising.
