Today I took my sister for ice cream and there was a huge line. One of the workers completely ignored costumers while his female coworker (little blonde girl with nose piercing) helped everyone! She was pleasant and apologized for the wait. And her coworker continued to Ignore costumers, very rude.

Slow service the guy working was too busy talking to one of his friends to help us out. After helping us we were eating our ice cream and found a short black hair stuck in the middle of our ice cream. um ew. Not pleased

Untrusted branch! They put some waffle cone for ice cream I waited for 7 minutes but, when i ordered it, they say sorry we don’t have any chocolate cone! I’m chocolate waffle cone lover, that’s why I’ve chosen cold stone «I told them» if you don’t have chocolate cone take your sample out and don’t cheat customers who are waiting in line. Their sample are still on counter after 35 minutes! People order their ice cream and at the check out, they say sorry we don’t have waffle con!!! 2 stars for taste only

The ice cream was prepared very good, however there was an issue i didn’t like about them. After preparing my icecream they said we don’t have any kind of dipped cones or bowls available right now, but when I told them they should take out the dipped cone samples to not to mislead people, they just refused and ignored it…

Cold stone is one of the most important ice creamery’s in the world– to me at least. I was beyond disappointed when they scooped out my delicious banana ice cream for the «Love it» size and it looked like a child size. Then the brownie in it and didn’t even think twice to mix in the brownie well enough. Just had to get the job done I guess, no love or care put into the process. But still best ice cream ever. Would recommend.

Needed something sweet after having dinner so grabbed some ice cream here at Coldstone. We tried birthday cake remix (signature creation), French vanilla with Oreos and Twix, and mint chocolate chip. Service was quick for a Friday night and the ice cream was great!

I haven’t had Cold Stone in a long time and this was really yummy. I got two flavors mint and cake batter. For the cake batter I added some cookie dough. I sampled a marshmallow flavor it was quite tasty. A bit too sweet, but still yummy. Also, the staff was very friendly and patient.

We tried the CHEESECAKE FANTASY —
Cheesecake Ice Cream, Graham Cracker Pie Crust, Blueberries & Strawberries. One word. OMG!!! So goooood. Right amount of crunch, sweetness and fruit bits in every bite!!! We got the got to have it ALL size for 6.29. If u want it in a cone just add 0.99!
Tried a sample of their peanut butter jelly ice cream and it’s awesome sauce too! !!

You can never go wrong with ice cream… They are not stingy on topping amounts. I got vanilla ice-cream with brownie and cookie dough. They add chunks of brownies and cookie dough, you’ll be left more than satisfied.

I can’t even start to list the number of problems I’ve had at this location. One time I ordered a shake and after waiting for what seemed like forever when I finally got my shake there were chunks of plastic in my shake. Needless to say I brought it back. At my most recent visit the man who got my ice cream was so clueless. I got cake batter ice cream with Heath bar and butterfingers. He didn’t crush it up at all. My ice cream had large chunks of candy. I regret going to this location every time.

Cold stone is always delicious and never disappoints. But the worker «Chryselin» needs an attitude check. She’s always sitting on her phone instead of helping people. And she’s been rude with me EVERY single time.
Management needs to take care of this.

Location: Food court right next to Wetzel Pretzel
Ice Cream: Taste is at par to other branches, BUT portion sizes got SMALLER!
Service: You can tell the guy was struggling when making our order (1 Like it Strawberry Banana Rendezvous and 1 Like it Rocky Road).
Price: a little over $ 10 (including tax) for the above… it’s getting pricey, especially if the portion sizes are consistently getting smaller with a fixed price.
Bottom line: Disappointed. Go here if you really can’t wait to get your ice cream fix. Otherwise, I’d go elsewhere.

This location is shared with Wetzel’s Pretzels, but the workers are definitely independent for each company. The wait was not long after lunch. I ordered a coffee ice cream with Kit Kat and almonds. It was good as expected.

How can you resist coldstone when you pass by down town brea! Their ice creams are fattening but so yummy to your stomach! :) It can be little pricey but the quality of ice cream you’ll be getting is worth the investment! I love their chocolate flavor ice cream! :))

I personally like baskin robbins better, but this is the only ice cream venue inside of Brea Mall. Convenient location.
I got the cherry vanilla flavor-like it size with no add ins.
I think it was 3.99?
This is my favorite flavor so far. It had alot of cherries inside.
I’ve tried: sinless raspberry sorbet-2/5 didn’t like it.
strawberry-5/5 very creamy and rich.
The worker dude was friendly (:
