We have purchased furniture for our home and our business’s over the last 7 years from Davenport. The quality has always exceeded our expectation’s with prices that are more than fair. Ron and Jesse are professional and have helped us with interior design ideas and color schemes that created WOW items.

Hmmm — quality seems to be slipping a bit. I ordered two pieces recently and while they did a great job making them to the specs I requested, the finishing details (like the seams) are not nearly as well done as they used to be. And one piece was badly scratched across the top — they did their best to fix it before they delivered it to me, but in the right light you can still see the indentation of the scratch. And my other piece got banged against the ceiling (!) as they moved it into the room and now it has a blemish. Their customer service is great in the store, but I realized that no one ever follows up with us after we receive our order to see if we are happy with it (this was our third order). That is too bad.
