We came in, receptionist was rude didn’t even say hello! We sat down to wait and there were several people in waiting room. My daughter in law got called in for her appt. about 10 min after we got there. As I sat there others came and went. The three young girls at the reception area were talking and commenting to one another, about everyone that came in the door. Good and bad comments were heard about patients, medical and physical problems each of them had. So basically gossip and laughing. This is very unprofessional. You come to the doctors office to get care, not to hear about other people’s ailments and physical ugliness! I hope the doctors in this group see this and do something about the front line personnel they have chosen to represent their practice. It was shameful and disgusting to hear. I won’t be back.
