I have no problem with the food, the wait or price. I just don’t like it in the mall, it doesn’t have that Johnny rockets feel to it.

Nice addition to the Brea Mall food court! This mall is 2 miles away from my home, so it’s nice to have JR so close. For the people complaining about the wait… Get over yourselves! Just because they are in a mall food court, doesn’t mean you should expect your food any faster than if you were in their restaurants. The manager and staff are always kind and accommodating, and try to get through orders as promptly as possible. This is a newer addition to the brea mall food court, so it may, at times, be busier than the other places. PLUS… Everything is made-to-order! Unlike Panda Express, Taco Bell and Sabarro. I will be back!

Well I was at the Brea Mall tired and hungry and after walking around the food court the offerings just didn’t pose interest. Until I walked up to Johnny Rockets”!!! The smell of juicy burgers stopped me in my tracks! Well, that was all I needed. I got in line(it was busy) and I was greeted by proficient young lady by the name of Madeline and she was able to effectively guide me to the most delicious burger I’ve had in quite awhile! Well, aside from Madeleine’s excellent service her manager«Baldemar» was gracious enough to promote the other offerings on the menu, AKA the variety of flavored milk shakes! OMG! I’m hooked! Needless to say the burger was a mountain of divine flavor that knocked my socks off and the shake was a cherry on top! Johnny Rockets rules and Madeline and Baldemar made my experience super fantastic!

If I could give negative starts I would. I waited 10 minutes for a chocolate shake and they gave my fried with way too much cheese. I asked for fries, not nachos. When they gave me my shake, late, they didn’t even apologize for the wait. As a matter of fact while I waited for my shake they would look at me, but not ask if I needed anything. Worst Johnny Rockets experience ever.

If I could give no stars I would. I’m Mexican so what I am gonna say I can. When you make a Mexican a manager and his head blows up, you have a guy named Baldamar. Worst customer service ever, Baldamar does not like substitutions or changes to any orders or he will tell you what the burger has versus what your asking for cause he makes no changes or he just does not know how. I asked for a simple mayo and mustard instead of 1000 dressing which is basically ketchup and mayo but the look I got! I even did not mind paying for the change to my order. Baldamar needs to smile, get off his high horse just cause he wears a grey shirt and be re-trained in customer a service.

I tried to order the combo deal with rocket single and fries, which said«$ 5.99 and add a soda for $ 1 more.» I already had a drink so I told him that I didn’t need to add a soda. The cashier said, «it’s just a dollar» and told me to get something else from the menu. Why would you put«add a soda for $ 1 more» as an option when it’s not an option?

Being generous here with one star. The shake was amazing. Staff does not know what they are doing. Utter chaos at this place. If u are hungry, u will be waiting a long long long long time! Kids Burger and fries= 21MINUTES to make!

Probably the worst Johnny Rocket’s food I’ve ever had. If you have been to the actual restaurant, don’t expect the same experience. Had the Philly cheesesteak and it was completely dry, almost burnt. The manager(batlame?) was yelling at his cashier and she was very apologetic. She didn’t do anything wrong but still managed to keep a smile on her face when assisting us. Bottoms line… Just don’t eat here. They should probably close and stick to sit down restaurants.

Fries tasted old, paid 10 $ for burger and fries and I got a total of 15 fries in my box. Absolutely ridiculous. And I waited 17 minutes.

Avoid at all costs! The service wasn’t good at all, employees looked like they didn’t want to be there and the manager was just rude. When my sister went to pay, the manager told the cashier in Spanish(thinking that we didn’t speak the language) to give us the most change she possibly can in pennies, nickels and dimes… we got $.25 in all pennies, like couldn’t you just given us a quarter?! She just made her life harder than it had to be. The food wasn’t as great as other Johnny Rocket’s. So disappointed!

Since it was my first time ever trying Johnny Rockets, I was expecting a lot since I heard good things from other locations(and maybe that’s why I wasn’t as impressed). The service was average and they were able to get their food out without us waiting for forever even though they were quite busy. But the reason for only 3 stars is because our food wasn’t the greatest. We ordered chicken tenders, fries, a burger, and the milkshake. The milkshake and fries were okay but our burger and tenders tasted as if they were just sitting out — not fresh at all. I know this place just recently opened so we can’t really complain too much since they still have a lot of room to grow. Maybe a few more smiles here and there from the employees and fresher food and I’ll come back to try it out again!

No words. Just don’t even bother with this place. Waited an hour for fries and all the workers were just standing around talking, including the manager. Worst service and food I’ve ever had in my life. Granted I came during Black Friday, but it was DEFINITELY not the Black Friday rush that caused me to wait an hour for a box of fries…
