First time here at 2pm for lunch. The wait wasn’t long, our orders and food were quick. I got phở and my sister ordered vermicelli. The soup base wasn’t too good to me. But, what really turned me off was the extremely soggy/soft noodles. I couldn’t even finish my serving because the noodles were not worth it. Also, when trying to get the servers attention, I raised my hand so they’d notice me, which they in fact did while 2 of them just chatted away to each other. We were ignored for a good few minutes before a server ended their conversation and helped us out. May I remind you it was 2pm and not many people in the restaurant. They were quick to give us the check and take our money though.

Seated on dirty tables. Waited for food to arrive 20+ min. Soup tasted straight up MSG. 3 pieces of thinly sliced meat… bruh! Disgruntled rude employees never refilled my water when I asked 2 times; gave me the stink eye cos I am dark skinned. Bruh!

Been sitting here for 15 minutes now. We’ve already ordered and are waiting for our food. We had to ask for them to at least give us our drinks. They’re response… oh… sorry. Another 5 minutes have passed and one of the staff comes out with his food but still nothing for us. Finally after feeding themselves, we got our food. Unfortunately it was a waste of time and money. So much MSG! Also the side of bean sprouts and basil for our phở was old and dried out. The only thing fresh was the limes…

I saw all the bad reviews and I’m not really sure why they gotta be so mad with this place! I have been here twice and so far my boyfriend and I have gotten nothing but amazing customer service and bomb food! We usually eat at the Phở ha in Rowland Heights but lately when we go there it’s been super packed. Either way we expected nothing but the best as we always get at the Rowland Heights location. The first time I went I ordered the combo Phở with all the good stuff. The broth is just amazing it is so delicious! The second time we went I wasn’t feeling any soup or noodles so I decided to try their new seafood clay pot on top of rice. It was really good as well! It came out super hot and it had a egg on top which I’m always down with. Overall the customer service is always great when I am there and it’s never too packed! Like our fellow Unilocaler said don’t be threatened by the bad reviews give this place a try!

Bad Service Dirty Utensils Touching my Food directly with hands Holy cow… Dont know where to start… Servers weren’t listening and had to ask several times about same things. Servers got pissed off when we ask to change our knife because it was soooo dirty. Server touched my vegetables with his hand to reorganize them in front of my face! I saw him touching doors and trays! Why!!! So horrible…

Good prices and the service is better than a lot of phở places I’ve been to in Los Angeles and Orange County. The egg rolls and the desert drinks are delicious. The phở is a little salty but excessive… Most phở is salty anyway. when I’ve ordered take out they are super quick usually about 10 minutes or less. I would recommend for causal eating

The last time I came I ordered a large phở tai. First thing I noticed was the rare beef was cut into smaller pieces to create make it seems they give a lot of meat. All of the authentic phở places been do not skim on beef not to mention try to fool you by cutting to smaller pieces. The soup base is just so so nothing special and the price for large is now $ 8.95 which is on the high end. The only thing that this place has going for them is the location and the modern interior. I would avoid this place If you don’t want to get rip off on your meat.

Literally went in, got seated and thats it. They never came to take our order and they only had 2 tables with people dining and 2 dirty tables that they decided to clean instead of take our order. We just got up and left after sitting for 10 mins… Never again.

I got the small #9 beef phở and I thought it was alright. The portion size is pretty nice. They give you a lot for the small and I was not able to finish most of it. I went on a Friday night and was seated quickly which was good.

When you walk into a phở spot and you only see Vietnemese faces. You know you have hit the jackpot!!! Love this place — Truly authentic with an excellent price point. So glad I pulled off the highway to try this place!

This Phở place use to be very good when it was established a few years back. I use to come literally once or twice a week. But the last couple of times, my experience wasn’t so great. The Phở use to be AMAZING and now dropped to just mediocre. From the flavor of the soups to the texture of the noodles. Also, they use to give you a little more meat, now I feel like I need to pay for extra meat. Gotta have my proteins! The Service also use to be OUTSTANDING. Now, I can’t even say it’s mediocre. My perception is that it’s so unnatural for them when they try to go that extra mile. Have you ever request for something from a waitress or a waiter and they just walks away? So you figured they didn’t hear you, so you ask from a few other waiters/waitresses. Before you know it, you have six soy sauces on your table, lol. I must say, I miss all the old staff :( The price is most definitely pricier than other Phở places I go to. But if they raise the bar on the taste and give a little more meats, it’s okay. Most importantly, the employees must be a little more courteous and professional. I seriously only come to this Phở place everytime I crave Phở because it use to be immaculate. Now, I can’t even pick up my arms after my meal because everything is so sticky. Even the condiments are yeaky. There’s always trash on the floor. Yeah, you can say it gives me the hibby jibbies. Tips to the owners: Either bring some of the old staff back or hire the right people. I really miss the old Phở Ha. I use to refer you guys so many customers. Good luck, I wish guys all the best. The reason I am giving phở ha two stars is because their consistency to give poor service. Whenever I want phở, I come to Phở Ha with hopes that their service has improved since my previous experience. Time after time, the service is always lacking. Me and my girlfriend were given menus, no order on drinks, quickly took a glance at the menu and waited with the menus closed to indicate we were ready to order, but still no service after waiting for an extensive period of time. No offer to refill our waters, so we had nothing to drink half way through our bowls. As far as the food, it was good. One thing I do have a comment about is the lettuce in the spring rolls. It is priced at nearly $ 7, and the quality was standard. The lettuce overpowers the spring roll, transforming the roll into a hand-salad. Phở Ha needs to supplement their food with good service for a recommendation.

I stopped by for dinner with my family, and the service was great today. The two ladies working tonight were really nice and attentive. They even refilled our water without us asking. Added one more star :)

This place is dirty. I asked the staff twice to clean the table sat and they remembered after my food was delivered. There was no spoon to eat the soup with I had to ask for that as well three different times the floor in here has napkins and so forth all over it please see my pictures.

Having been to the other Phở Ha locations, we stopped by this expecting the same service and prices. I was shocked to see a medium bowl for 7.90 and a large for 8.40. I’ve been eating phở all my life and have never paid this much for a bowl. The quality is just like the other locations, nothing special. The broth is clear and fragrant. The proportion of meat to noodle is way off, especially when the tai(rare flank) is cut in half. It’s sad having to resort to rationing my meat but yet I still ended up with a good portion of noodles in the end. The restaurant décor is a lot nicer. Not the typical cafeteria-looking phở joint. I won’t be back to this location, not paying for the Brea zip code.

Convenient place for phở or bun in Brea, right off the 57 fwy. The seafood phở is kind of sad because they never give quite enough seafood, it’s mostly just soup and noodle, but the amount of shrimp they give with the BBQ shrimp bun is definitely enough. I normally get the BBQ shrimp bun and some shrimp spring rolls. Ingredients are fresh and the noodles are plenty. When we’re feeling extra special, we’ll order the salt and pepper spicy shrimp. Super tasty — the seasoning is pretty good, not overly salty, and I don’t even mind eating some of the shell because it’s fried and fried things are the best. The waiters are typically very friendly and quick. Not my first choice for phở or bun, but it’s convenient and not bad!

Great day to eat PHO on a rainy day. The broth was okay but they provided such a little amount of meat for a large bowl. The customer service was okay, but I think everyone was a little more on the chill side because it was an hour away from closing and it was raining. I may come back here again, but it’s definitely not my #1 go to place. PROS– 1. Parking 2. Spacious seating 3. Fast service CONS– 1. Very little meat 2. Taste is okay as long as you put some sauce in the bowl 3. Had a stomach ache after but not sure if it was from this food or something else

My boyfriend and I were really disappointed in their service. 3 out of 5 times they’ll forget subverting whenever we come here. It’s usually an appetizer or drink so we never really minded. This time was Unforgivable. We were sat down right away but my boyfriend got his food and I never got mine. 15 minutes of waiting, he finally flagged sunstone down to check on my order. The server said she’d check on it. She passed out take 3 times and never gave us an update. Half an our into our meal, he finally went to the front to complain. They comped our meal but I was still left starving. I had to run to a meeting so I want able to eat for another 3 hours. This was the worst experience ever and we will not be coming back.
