This place always has like 11 people working, and can always somehow manage to take forever on my drink, or just flat out lose my cup. The seating is awkward inside and outside on the patio. The entire staff seems to suffer from a lack of air to their brain.

This location is always out of cold brew ice coffee. So you wait in line forever to find this out. The employees are usually rude about tell you. So I ordered another drink that I really didn’t want and they messes it up.

I had the best experience at the Drive-Thru window. When I drove up to the window, I had ordered the wrong drink. Leon explained to me at the window how to order the drink I wanted step-by-step. He was extremely patient, and made my experience remarkable. As someone who works in a Drive-Thru, I understand how frustrating it could be. His service was remarkable, and he made sure we got what we wanted. Thank you, Leon, for the the amazing service. You’re the best!

Good customer service at this location, however the drive thru is ALWAYS super slow. Definitely consider going inside unless you want to add an extra 25 minutes to your commute. Knowing how long the line usually is, you would think the employees would work with a higher sense of urgency.

They just recently renovated the inside of this Starbucks so it has a lot more table space and outlets to do homework

As a new mom, I’ve been to MANY Starbucks locations just to survive. This was is the WORST! I went there today at 2:45 and the line was long, but not too long. It took 45 minutes to get to the drive-thru line!!! That’s ridiculous! My daughter started screaming in her car seat because it was her nap time and I couldn’t get out of this ridiculous line. When we finally got to the window, I got a half-assed apology. I’ll never go back to this Starbucks.

Tonight I went to this location to get a drink with my boyfriend. I thought I had ordered my Macchiatos iced and they had made them hot. I always feel bad asking them to correct it. And I had asked Corey to make one iced for me and he did not hesitate. I know it’s his job but he didn’t make me feel like I was bothering him which I have experienced before at this Starbucks unfortunately. I know it can be frustrating especially close to closing but I really appreciated it.

These 5 stars are for Kris… the sweetest most hard working barista there. Every single time I go which is very often she’s always happy and so friendly. Whether I’m in drive thru or in person her personality is always on point. Happy, sweet, personable and makes that place shine. Some are so serious and I think«God, woke you up this morning and you’re blessed to have a job!» I know we all have stuff going on but leave it at the door and stop looking annoyed because even if you don’t think we know… we know. Thank you Kris for always being awesome!!! Give her a raise and maybe have her train the grouchy ones on being sweet. Some others are great BUT some… geez.

My favorite starbucks drive-thru! Service is great and fast — no matter how long the line. I too often participate and receive the pay it forward game. Its just indicative of the great people in the neighborhood who live and/or work here!

Karen is the best worker. My sister and I stopped by around 8 and she was super energetic and made suggestions to make our drinks better not only did she help but she also talked to us while we were waiting for our drinks. She’s the best!

Nothing destroys a good morning like rude barristas that talk behind your back because you’ve asked for modifications for your drink and they can’t figure out how to change their«set drink recipes». Really? That’s straight BS. Everyone specializes their drinks! That’s the whole premise of going to Starbucks. No one needs rude people. No thank you.

I visit this Starbucks frequently. And I didn’t have any issues till now, and I will stop going here and drive to the one on associated Rd or the one inside stater brothers, I don’t really complain when someone is rude to me. It takes a lot to push my buttons, anyways I have been noticing 2 of the girls here are rude when taking my orders or giving my drink for example won’t even call my name and leave my drink there without me knowing it’s there or me stand at the bar waiting to ask them for a iced water or a cup of ice they just ignore me while there to busy gossiping about there coworkers and boss, but in my case I will not be visiting this place again rude employees.

I love the convenience of a drive through yet this location doesn’t know how to make a decent frappuccino. It always ends up soupy or like an iced coffee. They need to step their game up.

I’m a frequent visitor at Starbucks this is my 3rd time coming to this location. Always friendly customer service, and quick too. I love that the drive thru opens at 4am too! For us early birds! Most Starbucks don’t open this early and best of all its right across from my job

I’ve only come here a few times and it’s been a few hours before closing so I could study. It’s never been busy when I have come. Staff has been friendly and a special shoutout to the girl with the cat tie ! I never get her name but she’s so friendly and willing to help. Today though, I don’t know who this lady was but she was a bottled hair deep red head, older lady, and was bossing everyone around and throwing stuff around and it was just so sad and unprofessional and it was almost impossible to study with how loud and obnoxious this woman was being. I felt so bad for my cat tie barista. Anyways, it’s about 20 minutes BEFORE closing and his lady just goes table to table YELLING that ‘the lobby area is closed– you can go outside though’ like how rude! She didn’t politely butt in and say ‘sorry but we’re closing up soon and this area will be closed’ NOPE! Only the worst way possible! Then continued yelling at the 2 other baristas. Anyways, I’ll still come here because I’ve never run into that rude lady and the others are so much kinder, but if I see her again, I’ll definitely get her name tag and tell her manager. When u tried looking she purposely avoided me too. Hmm must not be the first time someone has complained for her less than friendly attitude.

Came in here a couple times, I get a sense that this place has no concept of purpose or authority or pride in service. Over hearing awkward disputes between coworkers, cold coffee and closing the dining room 1.5 hours before close do not represent what I’ve been led to believe Starbucks was about, but I maybe this is the true image they want me to believe.

This is the WORST Starbucks in history! They f*** up my drink 90% of the time. I go at night on my break from the hospital so usually I do not have time to go back. Yet again another vanilla latte with no VANILLA… short break so stuck with this location booooo

This is my favorite Starbucks! I frequent this location multiple times a week and even though there’s always a really long line at the drive through, it’s worth the wait. This service is outstanding every morning, the drinks always taste amazing, and the baristas always go above and beyond to make your morning a good one. One added bonus that I love about this location is how frequently I arrive and find out that I’ve found myself in the middle of a «Pay It Forward» drive-thru line. It so is super fun to participate in a random act of kindness and keep the chain going. Thanks guys for making my mornings a million times more tolerable on the way to work(I hate mornings, lol)!

Working walking distance from this location, it’s my go-to coffee spot. Ambience is very nice and the recent revamp looks great. Barista’s are always very friendly and make some of the best coffee drinks I’ve had at any Starbucks. There are other locations in the area, but this Starbucks has the friendliest and quickest staff. Would recommend this spot to anyone in the Brea/Placentia/Yorba Linda area.

As a Starbucks enthusiast, I have been to my share of different locations. This was my first visit to this location. Moreover, as I entered and exited, I noticed this location recently had their grand reopening. I came in the late morning and ordered three items, two of which were drinks. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. However, the person who prepared the drinks and warmed the breakfast sandwiches was not as enthused, organized, or efficient. I watched as several other customers-who ordered behind me-received their drinks before I got all of my orders. As a newer location, perhaps the employees have not yet got into their groove. I will revisit and see how my experience is compared to my first impression. Starbucks also released their new fall cups for hot beverages. They are quite artistic.
