Horrible! I mean horrible service! I can’t deny that they have plenty of stock on
up to date merchandise, but I would pay extra somewhere else for better service.
I’ve been there multiple times and there pretty rude and un helpful. I only go when I absolutely need to. I wouldn’t recommend at all sorry guys being in business isn’t only selling it providing customer service too.

Forget the vape and hookah sh*t, they have the best cigar selection, for a non-​cigar store, in 6 county’s. But if your buying in bulk bring your zip lock bags. They seem to always run out of zip-​locks when people are buying cigars.

Well, all I can say is they sell what I look for (Kamel Red’s), take cards, and are reasonable. I don’t know how else to rate this place since I don’t look for much more. Sorry for the very undetailed report friends.
They sell a lot of Vape stuff also at what seems to be a lot cheaper than some of the places I’ve been too. I bought my start-​up for $ 75, and I saw there’s for a fraction of that. Not sure what the quality difference is, but hey, for a fraction of the cost why not. I’m sure us non-​professional vape user would even be able to tell the difference?
Pretty much my go-​to place now. :)

I’ve visited Tobacco Buzz about 5 – 6 times and I always see the same salesperson (I think he may be the owner). He always gives me good advice on product choices and is very patient with me while I make my decision.
It’s really clean and the owner is very helpful.
I’ll keep on coming back … not to mention, they have great hours!

Progressively worse in selection of quality products. Good for cheap tobacco and cigarettes. Visited three times once a month the last three consecutive months and still no update to good grinders, pipes, or products for using herbs. Get your tobacco here, though, I guess.
