We Of The Needle is a great place to have items framed. I just picked up my Mermaid Needlepoint, and I have to tell you, its beautiful. Kerry is amazing. If you need a great stitchery project, she is the person to see. Helpful and lots to choose from.

Kerry has been framing vintage movie posters among other collectible paper for me for many years now. People are constantly recommending framers to me and I always say thank you and ignore their recommendations. I’m embarrassed that I haven’t left a review for Kerry previously, but in my defense, I’m not even an occasional reviewer and Unilocal didn’t exist when she started framing for me. Her taste is impeccable, her choice of matting is spot on, her prices are reasonable, and I hope she doesn’t get anymore business because of this review so she always has time to frame my things. I’m not sure where this fits in the modern Unilocal world, but the bottom line for me is not only is Kerry a great framer, she is a fantastic person.

Kerry custom framed several pieces for me and they were all amazing. She has great taste and does really outstanding work. I will definitely take my pictures and art work to her in the future — and I’m very picky. Highly recommend her services. It’s also a really nice store and Kerry is really nice to work with. Lots of nice frames and gifts.

Visited We, of the Needle for the first time today, the owner is wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely visit again. Love everything about this store. Lots of interesting projects and vintage needlework accessories. Well worth a visit if you love needlework as much as I do.

This store is owned by a professional framer who decided to also sell needlework supplies. They have counted stitch-type projects and higher-end felt projects. The store is smaller but they have a good selection of specialty threads including a lot of silks. They do not carry DMC or Anchor but they have Cosmo embroidery floss. There are a lot of Prairie Moon and Rosewood Manor charts as well as Jean Hilton! Fabric selection is limited. The shop is still fairly new so inventory is still being added. Ask about special orders if they don’t have what you want. Kerry, the owner, thinks outside the box so this place is different from other needlework shops. Her daughter is designing a line of unique felt projects that are fun and different from anything I’ve seen. Vintage needlework and décor and a variety of pieces made by local artisans are also available, making this a good place for a non-stitcher to bring a friend. I’ve had framing done there and been very pleased with the result. Kerry has also done shaped mats, custom boxes and trays for my friends so she is an genuine full-service framer. Open stitching is held every Friday evening, bring your own dinner or order from one of the many local restaurants in the area. Kerry is welcoming to all her visitors so I am happy to recommend this shop for all levels of needleworkers. Beginning Stitchers should ask for help but you WILL get it as there is no stitch-snobbery here. It’s about 20 minutes from Disneyland and is worth taking time out for a visit if you’re here on vacation.

I visited the store on opening day and was very pleased. Kerry helped me choose fabric for my project and had a great selection of threads. The shop is really cute and well organized. I can’t wait to get my completes piece framed!
