We ordered pizza, wings and Salad for the first time. The quality of the pizza is great. The crust, sauce, cheese and topping are fresh and taste far better than any other delivery pizza in the area. Glad we’ve discovered ZPizza! Delivery was about 30 minutes from time of order. Extremely pleased! Thank you!

It was my first time trying zpizza and I’m glad I did. I got a 3Zs (3 item combo) which included Greek salad, supersub and pepperoni pizza. The sale was fresh and was very delicious! The supersub is very yummy and the pizza was scrumptious

Pretty good food! I like pizza hard to go wrong.
The weird bit was the guy that served me (bear in mind this visit was a few months back) kept talking to me and other customers that came in about how much he had to get out of there and asking if we had openings at our businesses.

The pizza is pretty good and the reason why I didn’t give this place 4 or 5 stars is because I got 2 slices of pizza for about $ 4 a piece which I think is kind of pricey which is not really a big deal to me.
I love finding the «best value» in things and was so excited to see a check in offer after I ordered. I could have gotten a free slice with my order but I check in after I paid and the guy said he rung me up already so he couldn’t give me a free slice :/​The guy could have refunded the pizzas and do a new order or something to show great customer service. He should have taken this Unilocal check in thing a little bit more seriously. You know I’ll write about it after. Sorry to give you three stars Z but I had to. It was the customer service :(

Always bomb ordering online, the vegetarian sausage, vegan cheese, Bbq sauce, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, pineapple. So good!!! They have Lenny’s andlarrys vegan cookies too! Getting these for lunch today… HEARTS!!!

Z Pizza is my favorite pizza place ever! The crust is just right, the cheese tastes fresh and real, and the toppings are more than generous! This location is always spotlessly clean. Definitely won’t be going back to Pizza Hut anytime soon! Tried out Z on a recommendation and I fell in love!
Their staff is personable and more than willing to go the extra mile. I met the manager, Chuy, and he was definitely a man who knew his way around a good pizza! I tried out the Mexican style pizza and never realized that anything more than pepperoni on a pizza could be amazing.
The quality of their ingredients is definitely fresh and the store feels like much more than your run of the mill pizza shop. Plus they have Lenny and Larry’s cookies! I’ll definitely be coming here for my pizza needs from now on.

Wow I am very surprised this location has such high reviews. Let me start off by saying that I am a huge fan of z pizza and I have always had great experiences at other locations. I came during a week day at 3:00 and it hardly looked like they sold pizza. They have 4 mismatch slices and 3 cheese slices. All of them looked like they had been under a heat lamp for the better part of the day. But I thought whatever, their food is always great! But WRONG. I was so dissatisfied their pizza was lacking flavor and tasted like warmed up cardboard. I paid $ 20 for 4 slices of pizza and a half salad! It was a horrible waste and I won’t return to this location.

Okay I have been to multiple zpizzas and hands down this one is the best pizza places I’ve been too. The quality of the ingredients with the efficient timing it takes to make such great quality pizza is amazing. It’s so much better than dominoes or round table. And what sticks out to me the most is the customer service there. Since I’m a regular they always treat me with so much love and respect and when I first started going there they introduced me to the menu like it was a jewelry store and I fell in love with everything. You should try it!

I really like the fact that Zpizza uses organic ingredients and offers gluten-​free options because you definitely can taste how much better the pizza is than a standard chain pizza place like Domino’s or Papa John Pizza. I also like the pear & gonzaga salads here.
Management and staff also seem to really put a premium on customer service. I always feel welcome and well treated here.

Only one slice of pepperoni slice left and won’t make any more as its 8pm and they close at 9pm as I was ordering from Jacob the phone rang and began taking that order which is very rude. Bottom line Jacob doesn’t know customer service but no worries I will no longer be a regular customer as there are many other really good food choices. Look at my last review I loved this place what happened? ??? More training maybe??? Off to Blaze Pizza in the Brea Mall 2 min away.

I got a small Napoli pizza and a freshly made chocolate chip cookie and no pizza or cookie I have ever eaten has tasted so delectable. And the crust — Oh my god the perfectly baked, doughy crust. I was so sad when it was gone. Usually I get the Berkeley Vegan when I visit, but the Napoli is my guilty pleasure. I kissed my fingers and said perfecto!

I heard from a friend this place was pretty good. There happens to be one by my house, so I checked it out.
I ate a few slices and I was impressed. You can tell the quality is way better than dominoes or pizza hut. Plus, it doesn’t hurt when a cute guy (seriously ripped ladies) helps you out. I think his name was Chuy. Super nice!

So we ordered a custom pizza on New Year’s eve and honestly it wasn’t up to the typical z pizza standards. All of the toppings we ordered, sausage, artichoke, ricotta, tomato slices were massively sized and fell right off the pizza… I’m still grateful they delivered on New Year’s Eve but I think the B team was working this shift as I have had better experiences at other z pizza restaurants. Still love the pizza but still a quirky menu. There’s still no change for the «build your own» (3 toppings included) pizzas after 2 years of coming here… I paid $ 29 for a pizza that showed a price of $ 21 on the menu. The manager was willing to lower the price to the price from the menus on their countertop but I also received a FREE 3 topping small pizza via one of their coupons so I just paid the $ 29 and went home to eat my tasty pizzas.
Try the bacon, mushroom and artichoke hearts combo as you won’t be disappointed…

If I could give zero stars I would. I just left this comment on my eat 24 app as well.
Absolute worst experience. I put my order in and an employee at z pizza called me 15 minutes after the order was received. He told me he could not find my address on the map. I live 1 mile from the restaurant. After confirming my address I waited another hour for our food. the estimated delivery time was 8:48pm. At about 9pm I sent a message thru Eat24 to get a status of my order. 10 minutes later the employee called me and said they never put my order in and the restaurant is closed. I spoke to Chewie who I was told was the manager, he was not apologetic and didn’t solve the problem at all. I’m getting a refund but it’s now 9:15 and I don’t have dinner. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my neighbors.
This literally just happened tonight. I have never left a Unilocal review, good, bad or indifferent. This was so ridiculous that I felt I needed to post a review.

I was the only person in the restaurant at peak lunch time. Drink selection is poor. No fresh brewed iced tea.

Zpizza is the best pizza joint I’ve been to.
The owner and workers treat you with the upmost respect and are extremely friendly. The pizza I ate was fresh and amazing tasting. Environment is very clean and I would recommend this place to anyone. Plus, they deliver!

After posting my negative review back in July of last year I stopped patronizing Zpizza altogether. Albeit much later, a few weeks ago, I was contacted by the manager Chuy in a very detailed and professional email. He apologized for the poor customer service I received. He and I wrote back and forth a few times, and on his final message he offered me a reasonable solution to make it up to me.
I returned to the store this week to meet Chuy in person and thank him for making a bad situation right.
I was happy to be able to enjoy their pizza again and, so long as that level of customer service continues, I hope to remain a customer for a long time.

For today’s order only: I love Zpizza and recommended it to my EVP for a company lunch. I ordered 8 XL pizzas online, about 9:00 a.m., for an 11:55 delivery. At 11:55 I called to check ETA for the pizzas and was told they were just about out of the oven. So 35 people were left waiting for lunch for more than 30 minutes. Unforgiveable is that I was not called at least 15 minutes before the scheduled delivery time to inform me that they were going to be late. It’s now 20 minutes later and pizzas are still not here, they’re ‘just out the door’. Bad, bad, bad. These pizzas better be hot and delicious when they finally arrive.

Apparently they will go ahead and cancel your delivery orders and not tell you if they are too busy. My girlfriend and I ordered though the online process from Eat24 on Unilocal.About 30 minutes later we get a call from Eat24 asking if we canceled our order we were like no. 10 minutes later we get a call saying zpizza cancelled the order by themselves assuming because they are too busy and would take more than 1 hour to make and deliver the food that we would cancel the order. No call from zpizza nothing. Just an autocancel. I hope Eat24 can sanction them or something because that is unacceptable now we have to go out to get food much later and our relaxing evening is ruined. Never will order or go here again

This review is for z pizza’s customer service and their quality. I ordered delilvery twice this week and both times received consistent quality. I tried their sandwiches for the first time and loved them especially the supersub sanwich and the Mediterranean plate with flat bread. The only problem I had was with placing the order through a third party/​middle man site which I highly discourage. Zpizza worked with me and honored the other’s mistakes. It’s a good and honest company with good food. I recommend you call in your order or order directly through their own website. It’s easy to miss the spot them there are big named chain in the same plaza but I would definitely order again.

Unfavorable Service:
I was a loyal customer until i received a badly burnt pizza, emailed customer service about it, and never heard back from the Brea location. I wrote two different times allowing over a week to hear a response. Customer service assured me both times that someone from the Brea location would contact me. Nothing. So I’ve taken my business elsewhere.

Modern, clean and well kept.
Service is excellent, though it does take a bit for your food to come out.
Everything is made to order with high quality ingredients so worth the wait.
I love their salads and have tried most of them and loved each one.
Great, thin crust pizzas that don’t weigh you down.
Prices can be a bit high, but they do often have specials and the pizzas and salads are large enough to share and justify the price.
