Active Learning Centers

My daughter has been attending ALC for 1.5 years and we love everything about it: class rooms are well stocked with fun and educational tools and toys; there is wonderful outdoor space, which allows for various activities; very professional staff who truly care! Moreover, all kids are invited to participate in a martial arts classes free of charge and for additional fee, kids can take theater, gymnastics, soccer classes, which is a big plus to our family as we don’t need to drag her from place to place. The facility is clean, well maintained, secure. Also, this day care won «best in Lehigh valley» for the last three years. They offer a great education program, field trips and fun celebrations for kids and parents.

The teachers do the bare minimum and don’t genuinely care about the children. Ive walked in several times to see my younger daughters snot dripping all the way down to her neck and her teacher didnt do anything about it.
They do very little when it comes to education but they do do a lot of arts and crafts. The attiude of the people who work there are very poor and they dont establish a relationship with the parents, in fact they could really care less. The facilty is very small and they often smoosh the older kids with the much smaller kids using the older kids as babysitters. There is a much nicer school called The Goddard school, the pricing is a little more expensive but its worth it. If you care about the health and education of your kids, please do not take them here!

Wow, what a depressing dump. Went in to check it out for my daughter and found the place to be dark and dreary and the people consistently unfriendly who didn’t make any effort to say hello when we walked by. Weird blend of martial arts and a daycare in a creepy converted house with dirty carpets… Horrible music choices for nap time and a bevy of unhappy, unsmiling children and employees who ignore potential new customers at every turn.
Or, perhaps I’ve just seen better and you’ll like the place. Don’t take my word for it… Check it out. You might like it.
