Am questioning the legitimacy of the other reviews, as my experience was expensive, with less than desirable results. The owner wore a backward baseball cap when arriving (professional?), used religious references, with constant excuses for carpet that’s not very old, higher quality, with only two adults using. Considerable nickel and diming that comes off like a used car salesman. Home steam cleaners do just as good of job for far less money. Measure your square footage before arrival, as they do about HALF the amount of square footage that their coupons state (claiming the full amount). New owners have very different cleaning/​rate philosophy that does not benefit the client in any way.
In response to the young owner’s comments, service was performed more than 30 days before the review was written, so no follow up contact received. Also, if unable to do the job REASONABLY WELL the first time, what’s the point? With the owner on site making excuses the whole time for carpet that wasn’t that dirty, or old it is obvious a return trip would tend to be a waste of everyone’s time.

I been working for property management as a maintenance supervisor for 5 years and I have to say Cascade carpet cleaning and services is the best company I have hired to clean our carpets. Other companies over saturated the carpets with hot water deteriorating the fibers of the carpets and making them break down faster. Cascade and his professional equipment they are able to get a better result by using top of the line equipment and been able to restore the carpets and keep them looking great for a long time. I’m by far super satisfied with his work and how professional and friendly they are and how they are always there when i need them! Strongly recommend! Thank you!

Very impressed! My carpet was cleaned beautifully. I couldn’t move the larger furniture and they said don’t worry about it. They took care of everything and put everything back. The bad pet stain I had they managed to get out and I didn’t have any hope for that! My next step was new carpet and doesn’t look like I’ll need it for a long time because I’ll definitely call them back!

We had them over to clean, vacuum, and sanitize our ductwork and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Very friendly, efficient, and the prices are extremely reasonable. They also mentioned that they clean carpets on a per-​square foot basis as opposed to a per-​room basis. Keeps the prices in the affordable range. I highly recommend!

We have enjoyed carpet cleaning services for over 20 years. Really like the non-​steam process as it dries fast and doesn’t pull dirt up from the pad. It also cleans up the residue from our spot cleaning the spots where the cats threw up. Just recently we used their ²⁴⁄₇ water removal and restoration service on a Sunday night after a flood from the utility room soaked gallons of water into the bedroom carpet. Very thorough and professional. Nothing negative to say about the owner and employees.

I loved the experience I had with Cascade! Shane, the owner, came to clean my stairs and two bedrooms. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He completed the job very quickly, and the price was reasonable. I wasn’t sure if he could get the pet stains out of the white carpet, but he did! My carpet looks brand new. I couldn’t be happier! This was our first time using Cascade and we were really pleased with the service.
We made our appointment for a Saturday. They called on Friday and asked if they could come early in order to be able to give the crew the weekend off. We agreed.
We wanted to get the dining room, living room and office done as well as the rugs. My husband moved all of the furniture for them and got everything ready. They came in and finished everything in about an hour and a half. We had a coupon that had come out early and they still honored it. The told us that if we had any issues to let them know and they would come out a fix it.
We waited three weeks to post a review because we wanted to see how the carpets held up. I am happy to say that with two cats and a lab, we still have clean carpets! We will definitely use them again.

Sometimes the best way to find out about the heart of a company is when you have an issue that needs to be resolved. Shane of Cascade Carpet came out to my home in response to an issue I had with a pervious service from quite a while ago. He took the time to do a great job on our carpet, and took the time necessary to make it right. At every point, he explained everything was going on, He really KNOWS carpet! He fielded all of my carpet care questions with patience.
I appreciate their work ethic, and customer care. I am looking forward to calling Cascade soon to have the carpets cleaned, as I was impressed with their company and services. Would definitely refer to a friend.
