After I continue to return to this place it doesn’t get any better. I can go on and on however this specific time will be my last. Visited with Dr. Mikeska regarding my anxiety and problems with hair loss. Took a blood test and everything seemed to be normal wich is good. So my question was to ask for a different type of medicine since the one prescribed to me was not working. Well the nurses kept telling me to get blood work after I already did, then said I need to make an appointment because I never had been there, then told me they need to run test. Well first off I did my blood work and yes I have been there and what other tests could you possibly do? Nurse had no answer. I can’t seem to speak with the doctor directly. She must be to busy for her patients. Every time I request the doctor to call me I get a stupid nurse who doesn’t know what they are talking about. Then I get a call and they are looking for my twin brother… hum he’s male I’m female and we both have different last names, how in the hell to you mix up lab work! I am running around in circles with these people. Still waiting on a call back… so I went ahead and booked with a different doctor and a different hospital. Maybe Ill have some kind of progress with them. I am already going on 4 weeks with loss of hair. By time they call me back I’ll be bald.

Best pediatricians in the county! Dr Baker is amazing! Cheri Adams is a good female dr but didn’t care for Dr Nobles. Kristyn Krenek is an amazing PA! Sometimes it is hard to get in to see them but if you are ill they always find a way to get you in to see someone. Wish they advertises their after hours and Saturdays. The time changes on those it seems.

Being a new city resident it was important to find good medical facilities and this clinic did not disappoint. They have a very good sense of excellent customer service and quality care. My wait time to be seen was surprisingly quick.
