A Worse Starbucks ever! Slow service, filthy store, backed up drive thru ! A staff that just does not care and a manager that cares even less! Better off going to the little coffee shop in the heb across the street

Very poorly managed store. Always slow they just don’t care and dirty. Example I ordered by phone arrived in 10 minutes waited another 15 the whole time the drinks were on the other counter. The manager said«sometimes that happens«.

Friendly people BUT this is the second time coming to this starbucks and they were not fully stocked. 1st time had us waiting because they didn’t have coffee brewed. That’s right, they did NOT have coffee ready at this coffee shop. 2nd time they ran out of whip cream. Now I understand that it sounds like a 1st world problem BUT one of my biggest pet peeves is when a place doesn’t have certain items that are part of the menu. If you need a caffeine fix, go to one before or after this one if you want a complete order or expect brewed coffee.

This starbucks doesn’t even seem like a Starbucks. Dirty place and poor service seem to be the norm! Rude servers who can’t get an order right.

Still SUPER slooooooow drive-thru. 30 minutes in line slow. Unacceptable. Always out of stock on multiple items. Must be managed by bumbling sleep walkers.

Great Starbucks experience. It’s what you expect. If you order the Chi latte make sure to specify, You might get the Opera Chi.

I’m a Starbucks regular but I’ve only been to this location when we’re on our way to either Austin or Independence(bluebonnet season). So far, I don’t have any problems with service.

Incredibly friendly and great hours for the only Starbucks between Austin and Houston on 290. Definitely a good option for a travel break, although it’s not the easiest on and off from 290.

There is an employee here that will NOTSTOPWHISTLING. So obnoxious. Otherwise, this Starbucks is pretty standard. I would advise you to not stop by here unless you want to slowly be driven insane by whistling.

What a poor experience at this location this evening. I completely wasted my first Gold Card reward on my drink. It wound up in the trash at home. My wife returned her drink which was not a good replacement. And then, the bathroom was disgusting with no toilet paper available. This used to be such a good roadside stop.

I like Starbucks, its no Intelligentsia, but in my mind that isn’t who they are competing against. Starbucks is Chili’s of coffee shops. You should expect a very similar experience at each one. I felt that the entire staff was cold and distant. They weren’t very friendly and could no one at the coffee bar made eye contact, even when handing me my drinks?! The whole time I was there(about 45 minutes, stretching legs, getting a snack, letting the baby take a break from the car on our quick trip from Austin to Houston). The entire time there was a spilled coffee at the condiments bar creating a moat around the bar. As we were leaving someone came to clean it up. Also, right next to the door on our way out was one of the works smoking. Yuck. I’m not sure if its just in Los Angeles… but I really like the no smoking within 25ft of the entrance to a food-related business. But an employee should know better.

I love this Starbucks! Nice and friendly people. But the great thing about this place is that it’s the ONLY Starbucks that I know that has a changing table for babies! Yay! When you’re traveling with little ones, it’s nice to have a clean restroom and stopping off to get a latte is a bonus.
