Ive used this company since they were called Norther Cable. They have gone through several name changes, but other than that nothing has changed. I quit using them because Dish Network had a better deal. I wanted to go back to using them but they said I have an account past due from 2006 for service at my current address. I wasn’t even at this address then. I quit using them in 2011. And they say that I did not. and want be to send in proof of residency from 2006 to prove its not mine. I don’t have anything that far back. They don’t know what they are doing. And if you don’t pay them 5 bucks a month for service fees and your cable goes out. They charge you 50 dollars to come fix it.
