I would highly recommend this family owned jewelry store that offers that personal touch you won’t find at many of those national chain businesses. Rich and Katrina are dedicated in helping you find the perfect gift for that special someone. Katrina assisted me in finding the necklace and earing ensamble that my wife absolutely loves. I definitely will be looking to make my next jewelry purchase at K&Co.

I needed new watch batteries for several watches. I found them using my map app on my smart phone. Rich the owner replaced my batteries in a matter of minutes. I recommend them for watch service. Very knowledgeable on various brands of watches. One brand caught my eye since it had a feature not normally found in watches. Christmas is coming…

Had about 5 watch batteries replaced. They did them within ½ hour same day, whereas the other place in town where I took another 5 watches for same service took several days. Owner-​operators are friendly and fair. Selection of jewelry is really nice, and the family has been in the business for many years, originally in SF. I recommended them already to several people, and will continue to do so. Battery pricing was also good, and they have lovely watch band replacements as well.

Just visited them recently to shop for a new watch and have another repaired. The owners, Rich and Katrina, were very helpful and friendly. I wish I knew them when I was shopping for an engagement ring a few years back.

I had Richard and Katrina make a custom ring out of a large aquamarine stone that had been given to me. They did a beautiful job and gave me exactly what I asked for. I am very pleased with the result. I also bought some adorable pearl/​cz earrings while I was in the shop for a very good price and they fixed a watch of my mom’s. All around excellent service, nice shop, good inventory. I will definitely use them again!

Went there today to purchase a watch for my wife, and we ended up buying more than we planned for (in a good way). Reason was, they have a great selection, the prices were right and the service was excellent. We were customers at their family’s previous store in SF, but now living in the east bay, it’s fantastic having them at this location. They are expert jewelers with generations of experience and being a family run business, one definitely gets that personal, friendly «touch» as a customer. Side note: while we had no need for the bridal sets, my wife and I were pretty impressed with their selection of engagement rings. Will absolutely be back and will be will be recommending them to all our friends/​family as well.

I went in to have my new watch sized. The store looked awesome inside and out. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about watches. I learned this a 3rd generation family business from SF. They were so nice and professional. I will be taking all my jewelry needs to them. Also they have an awesome dog in the back at came out to say hello.

Went there to get a new battery in my watch. The people there were super nice. It’s a family run business, where they even include their 7 month old Great Dane! Love this place!
