Nestled within a Brentwood neighborhood is Oak Tree Park. This park is a part of the Brentwood Parks & Recreation system so it is well-maintained year-round. It has a large enough parking by Florence and Porter if you would like to drive here. It has a modest but newly remodeled play area for children and a nice asphalt trail with benches alonside it(Lee Wynn Trail) for leisurely walks or for jogging/running. If you live nearby, this place is perfect as the entrance is right within the neighborhood and wraps around to different parts of the neighborhood. It’s quite perfect for dog walking during extreme weather conditions when you just want to get out, walk for a bit and come home to either a warm or air conditioned house. Also, there are 2 bag(for fecal matter) stations within the park if you happen to forget to bring some. I don’t think I have ever taken out my dog for a walk here and found the stations empty so they do make sure there’s always some available. Anyway, this is a wonderful park!
