I worked primarily with Nelson Khan, Ed Lewis was overseeing everything. They are both great to work with. Ed has a lot of experience and a very direct manner, creating an instant comfort level. Nelson is smart, enthusiastic, and quick to handle questions or concerns. Looking for a house was fun, when we found the right one these two gentlemen made the negotiations easy. I love my house, but if I ever decide to sell or buy property in the future I’d call Nelson and Ed first.

So Ed, thinks it is okay for a seller to access the home after it is closed and transferred to my name. After I closed on the property, it had been accessed by seller to remove some items and i emailed to ask why, only to be told «IT WAS THERE HOUSE» well to me it doesn’t matter, I bought it and it would be nice to get a courtesy call or permission to access my property. Also some minor items were missing from the yards. The cost is not the issue, its the access. I still have not got access to garage door openers and I have had to unplug them to be safe. Shady! If dealing with this firm, change all lock’s asap.
Update: Nelson, if that’s the policy, I still haven’t officially received keys as of now. Got them out of lock box myself, The garage remote was left for me in mailbox after this review a week after closing. Paragon is not the only one to blame, also my agent who seemed to disappear right after closing and is nowhere to be reached for any help. But its okay, Im settled in, changed all locks.

This review is about one of the «agents» in this office. the agent tried to mask a short sale as a standard sale, could not return phone calls, and then strung me along till he got a better offer. Use caution when dealing with the less than honest individuals at this firm.

The owner Edward Lewis has great advice, but he is all in in for himself! He is not out to help you he is all about the Money! He plays on your side just benefit himself! I would not recommend him at all. I’m glad I caught a red flag in the beginning of our encounter, and to confirm it he was a total a** when I told him that we decided to go with another company. He’s plays Dirty! Beware!!! Good luck!
