We are new to the area and I tried Purple Cow Cleaners last week.
When I went in to take my clothing, the clerk was sitting by the door smoking. So, I had to walk through his smoke smell to get to the counter. I should have turned around and walked out but I wimped out.
I left our clothes and worried the whole time that they would smell like smoke when I picked them up. When I returned to pick them up, another clerk was working and when he opened the sliding door, the smell of cigarette smoke wafted out.
Luckily, the shirts do not smell like smoke, but I will not be returning solely on the fact that I know I’ll have to hold my breath to do business with them.

This company not only damaged my $ 3000 wedding dress, but refused to pay the cost to repair it. They were completely uncooperative, and actually said that it was «the dress’s fault», as the dress must have been «defective». I’m having to sue them for the damages. Avoid them!

Liberty Cleaners provides great service for dry cleaning. They provide great value and also pay close attention to request. For example, another dry cleaner kept destroying Men’s dress buttons. Liberty made a note of the situation and would always check the buttons prior to delivery.
