Rudy’s Custom Concrete

Rudy’s concrete did an excellent job on the concrete. He was professional and got the job done with out delay or problems. However I also contracted landscape services and sprinkler system. This work was a disaster I caution everybody to think twice or three times before having this type of work done. The landscaper would not show up at agreed upon times or answer his cell phone. The work was very expensive and I could have got a better job from a college kid on Craigslist
VERY DISAPPOINTED

I rarely write a review unless it is for a great vendor. I need to alert other consumers of Rudy’s lack of quality and customer service. I was recommended Rudy by neighbors, who have since also given up on him fixing their work.
His cement work cracked and separated in my garage after only six months… multiple phone calls, and after 3 months he called back and even came to see…“yes, that is bad, I can repair next week…”. Multiple calls back to him for weeks and now several months… no reply, no fix.
And, wasn’t cheap Terrible work in our neighborhood for all.

Rudy has been in business since 1986 and it shows. His customer service is outstanding, answers all of my questions and I could not have met a better business man. The company stays up to date with the latest trends, staining, design you name it.
There is no limit to what this company can do. French drains, driveways, stamps, and he loves to design hardscapes and creates an artisan depth with various diminsions creating a space that is beautiful.
From the estimate to the finish the service, their knowledge, office staff, and execution of our project was wonderful!
They also did a gate for us and their iron work, and stone is beautiful and well integrated in their design. I highly recommend Rudy’s Custom Concrete for any person that values a job better than well done and does not mind investing in their spaces. Large or small they are the best!
