Went in last night with my sister in law to add her to my plan, a lady started to help us and then a guy interjected and was super unhelpful. He was somewhat rude and kept asking the same questions over and over again. Saying things like«well im sure it might work out» or «Im pretty sure they will do that» and wanted us to sign up without giving direct answers. Another guy came in the store and as he is walking in they say to each other«we should have locked that door», that guy ended up leaving because they wouldn’t help him and after he left they continued to talk about how they didn’t want to help him. So unprofessional. During this whole conversation they had mentioned that they possibly didn’t have the phone in stock and at the very end says well we cant even help you because we dont have the phone in stock. Complete waist of our time and horrible customer service. We got in our car and drove two seconds to the Verizon next to buffalo wild wings and were helped with great customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store.

I brought in my iphone 5c to have the screen repaired. That part was done correctly, no issues there. The problem was that when they returned my phone, the home button no longer worked. I brought it back and they said they would repair it. When I returned to pick it up later that day, they asked if the button had already been damaged, since I had the Assistive Touch virtual button turned on. I said it was not damaged, it was just a preference of mine, as for many people, to have it on. It also lengthens the life of the physical button. Well, they said they replaced the button many times and it still didn’t work. They would have to wait for the part to come in from another store to try to fix it. Since this is my work phone, I had to take it and return another day. So far, not too bad. When I returned to have them fix the button, the tech, I believe Kassandra, again asked why I had the Assistive Touch on. At this point, when I had already explained that it was a matter of preference and nothing was wrong with button, it became clear that she did not believe me and did not want to fix the phone. When I insisted that they had to fix it because it was perfectly fine when I brought it it in, her response was, «It will be sitting on my desk.» I thought that was a rude way of telling me, «I won’t do anything to your phone.» I waited all day for a call back. Nothing. I waited the next day. Nothing. So I called the store and was told a manager would call me back. Nothing. I came in a couple of days later and just picked up my phone. They now said it may be a software issue and I had to take it to the Apple store. Loni, I am glad you read posts here because I want you to know how disappointed and upset I am at how my situation was handled. I felt like I was being called a liar. I was not contacted in a timely manner. And worst of all, I came in with a perfectly functioning button, now it does not work. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store to anyone.

I’ll keep this one short. The place is a sketchy looking hole in the wall that reminded me immediately of a mall kiosk, the kind they try to sell you generic knock off crap. I walked out as fast as I walked in. Head a half mile down Lone Tree to a nice modern Verizon store.

Hello all I bought two phones from click away in Brentwood. They were in a plan white box when I asked why is in this box I was told by the manager not to worry they are brand new phones well he lied to me. We started to have problems off the back. I decided to take my phone and my wife phone in and found they were preowned and was set back to factory reset I am pissed I got to pay full price for a phone that was used and I don’t think it’s fair. So people reading this if you go to this store and they bring your phone in a plane white box beware it is not new.

Kassandra is unbelievable! Talk about dedication, not only has this girl spent hours with myself and my family trying to remedy various issues, but she went wayyyy above and beyond when she personally drove hours and hours to collect the types of phones my family and I were looking to buy as they could not just be ordered at that time. This girl is amazing! It’s a wonder that Verizon and/or Click Away Mobile are sitting on this gem and not having her head up a store or overseeing larger territory. It seems just when I’ve had it up to my eyeballs with Verizon I come across someone like this.

I have never written a Unilocal review, but I just had to because of Eleana! I went in last week shopping for a new phone and had all sorts of questions. She was so helpful and genuinely cared about my circumstance and getting me the best deal I could! She was very knowledgeable, honest and had my best interest. That is what customer service should be all about. I will definitely always come back to this Verizon location. :)

Great customer service. Cassandra had incredible knowledge of the products we were interested in(iPhone and Samsung phones). She answered our questions and gave us advice and allowed us to leave without feeling pressured to buy something right then and there. After talking about it we decided on what we wanted went back and Cassandra helped us with our order as well as making sure we were well informed of the different plans and accessories. Thank you!

I came in to lower my data plan to save some money & the girls were super nice & did exactly what I asked! They answered all my questions & checked my usage before downgrading just to make sure I wasn’t consistently using a higher amount. Great, friendly customer service! Can’t wait to go back when I need my phone upgraded!

My phone was recently stolen from my purse this past weekend and Assistant Manager, Isabel Manuntag was amazing on getting me replacement. I was sad to find out that my insurance covered damaged but not lost or stolen. Despite this, Isabel was able to come up with a solution and I was able to walk away with the new phone and insurance. She really turned this bad experience into an enjoyable transaction. She even stayed past closing to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you so much Isabel. I truley recommend this Verizon location above any of the other stores in this area.

I bought a phone 3 months ago and the sales person said he is going to credit the $ 30 upgrade fee, nothing I asked for he just oferred it. But guess what it’s been more than 3 months and he still hasn’t credited the $ 30. I have made numerous calls but nothing happened as a result I have gotten past due and late fee charge on my statement because I trusted their word not only he said that but he put it on my receipt yet nothing happened just a false promise. I don’t know what kind of business ther are running over there.

Store– Clean, Greeting when I arrived– good. A beautiful young woman came to help me with an issue on my phone. While I was explaining the problem she pulled out her phone and checked a text that just came in. I continued to explain why I came in. Then, again, another text and she checked it again. She showed me a couple of things on the phone and then stated that my company locked up the phone and I had to use a password every time. I left went home and in 30 seconds fixed my own problem. She wanted to get rid of me so she could get to that text. Young people don’t seem to understand that consumers get pissed when they are talking or texting on our time. What a twit. Verizon should make spot checks.
