This store is awesome. I have an Anthem Receiver that is currently out of warranty. I was going to bring the receiver here for repair. It was too difficulty to go back to my previous dealer since I moved and it was just too far. Enveloping Sound is the closest authorized dealer for me. I spoke with Richard and he spent a lot of time with me over the phone troubleshooting the problem. He was able to figure out the problem and saved me $$$$ and time. I didn’t have to pay for repair or buy a new receiver. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely buy my next high end audio equipment here. They know much more than the guys at Best Buy.
