In the past, this service worked well for me, but this time around the car had broken seat belts in the back and they were very confusing and inaccurate about how to pay. This was a large fare(going to newark airport from jersey shore) and i had three young children with me, so broken seat belts were not going to work for us. We ended up leaving late, and when I called later to complain they were totally unresponsive and could care less about these concerns. Do not use this service if you need to transport children! Very dangerous.
