It is a great program for children and adults! We love going there 3 – 4 times a week! Sensei and Joshu are wonderful instructors that love to teach kids.

Have gone to tigarschoulman for yearsthe impact for my son has been very positive
He gained confidence It is great physical exercise
There has been positive male leadership
Yes it does cost but I guess you get what you pay for
We have chosen to not participate in the challenge due to cost and that has not been a problem
The school has been flexable with his schedule due to his focus on school he knew this would change the frequency of gaining belts but his goal was to achieve all A’s in school and that was supported
I have found that although it is a group program it has been individualized as much as possible

I don’t know were the last reviewer came from but all I know is that it is not the best. My son went there for a couple of years and unless your in their little favorite group. You get know where with that school. All they do is suck money out of you when you pay 2200 dollars a year why do you need to pay for tournaments. And pay for all the gear you would think that should be included. He did everything board breaking the tournaments. You name it and it got him nothing so don’t say it’s the best when you have only been there for a short time

This is the best exercise program that I have ever done! I’ve been at the gym, taken all kinds of classes, tried «at home» programs. I have never been committed to any other program like I am with this one. You get spectacular physical training. Cardio, strength, and best of all, self defense! You get a personalized nutrition program to follow. You get an instructor who cares for you and helps you every step of the way. Its like having a personal trainer. You make new friends who will always try to pull you up with them. Complete community support! Try it today! You’ll be hooked!
