American Eagle just lost a customer– spend over $ 2000/year there with their company visa card and when I handed in a $ 10 reward coupon, the manager said — you had plenty of time to use it. I’m not taking it… called customer service and they wanted to send me a 20% off coupon– which after just spending $ 200, I would be getting a 40% off coupon in the mail– in this horrible season of retail, they are insane to be that nasty to loyal customers. Cutting up this credit card and shopping elsewhere where a company appreciates me spending my money.
