Today was Father’s Day and we met our son and daughter-in-law, our grandchildren, and our daughter-in-law’s family(including 2 special needs adults) at this restaurant at 7:00pm. We had not yet been served our entrees by 8:45pm and even once most were served, ONE was completely forgotten. The rest of the restaurant was EMPTY and yet they didn’t refill our waters, or tend to our needs. It was absolutely awful! The children were crying! The special needs adults were losing patience. It was unacceptable. I asked to speak to the manager and he came over, but just said that he would see that the food was brought out… and it still took a long time. They charged us FULL fare and we will NEVER be back again. As I see that this restaurant has received so many poor(less than desirable) reviews, this seems to be their pattern. Avoid this restaurant! It is not well run and the food is not good enough to justify putting up with such poor treatment. It was a stressful, far from relaxing dining experience and it was a shame, given that this was our Father’s Day celebration! Don’t waste you time or money going to this restaurant! I have never written a bad review, but this evening’s experience deserved a BAD review!

This was my first time visiting after signing up for Landry’s club. I will have to say, while they normally take care of their clients, M&S puts a little more emphasis on their club members. The manager came out to greet me, shake my hand. It made me feel good. Btw, becoming a Landry’s member is a no-loss situation that is well worth the rewards. Ask your server for the details… Totally worth it, especially if you frequent Bridgewater Commons Mall or Morton’s in Hackensack

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I wish I really Unilocaled this restaurant before heading in. I was sat down with my mother and was given I’m assuming a new server which was very kind, the PROBLEM was the bar tender training her. The waitress looked over to check on us after she saw us looking over for her since we were waiting for a while for our drinks and the bartender states quite audibly ‘Don’t worry about them ‘. Uhm excuse me?! Very unprofessional, very rude. We got up and walked right out as she yells have a nice day. Completely never coming back.

We are surprised at where this restaurant has regressed to. Decided to sit at the bar for happy hour and eats. Started with none of the wines on the happy hour list were available. No substitutes at the happy hour price so we were up charged. Next came the«strawberry bib salad with one strawberry cut into four pieces.(bartender was kind enough to cut up several strawberries from her stash to add to Vanessa’s salad) Next came my Cedar Plank fresh salmon over cooked and salt sprinkled all over it. In my book a fresh piece of salmon at $ 26.00 does not need large amounts of salt on it. Very disappointed. Should have gone to Seasons 52! The manager handled our complains in a professional way however.

This restaurant is really bad, we have ate dinner here on 4÷23÷2016, but we got very bad experience, the waiter cheated us, we paid tips by credit card, the waiter unauthorized changed the tips amount, he added more tips without asking us, this is really bad, this is cheating, we will never go this restaurant again, because the they are cheating!!!

What a great experience. We popped in feeling exhausted after spending hours with the Pottery Barn designer. The bartender Abby recommended a fresh sour mix with vodka and it was delish! The service was fabulous! We feel rejuvenated! Loved it!

Started off by being seated at a table with no server. Service was lackluster and chaotic, at best. Food was even less exciting. Seared Ahi Tuna is servers cold(prepped long in advance) and had refrigerator dried ends(not seared like the sides). Wife’s filet was not even warm enough to melt the truffle butter on top. Water was not refilled and waiter seemed indifferent. At the prices that they charge and given that the dining room was only half full, there is no excuse for poor service and inferior quality food. There will not be a second chance. I’ll spend my money elsewhere and will make certain that I inform friends that they would be wise to do the same. Managers might want to pay attention to their customers in the dining room and not spend the entire evening being engaged with the club members in the«private» booths.

The service is impeccable, its like being right at home as soon as you walk in, the customer service is amazing. The staff members are always attentive. The manager Sean Hanson is great, the customer service is always great he always checks in with us at our table and makes sure that everything is alright with us! The food is immaculate! I’m a loyal customer, and I’m friends and family love this location also! Never any complaints as always.

My wife and I have eaten at McCormick and Schmick’s in Cincinnati a while back and had a great experience, so we figured we would give the local one a try. We were coming from a movie in the mall and we were pretty hungry and ready for dinner. It was a Monday night and there was no one in the restaurant. We sat down and it took a little bit for the waitress to come to us, but ordering was pretty standard. She brought us our bread and our drinks. After that, we didn’t see her again until our entrees came. We would have liked some more bread, but we couldn’t see anyone to help us. My wife ordered the Palm Beach Mahi Mahi and I got the stuffed flounder. Hers was good and that is what saved this review. My stuffed flounder was served on a huge place with just a medium sized slab of fish in the corner over a thing of broccoli. The fish was good, but presentation was horrible. Also, I had just about finished my drink when the dinner came and I wasn’t asked for a refill and I didn’t get one until I was well finished with my dinner. The thing that irked me the most was that the manager came by and asked how our meals were. I said that it was«just okay» in a rather disappointed tone and he didn’t inquire and just walked away without saying a word. We go out a lot, and for the price of the dinner, the substandard presentation, inadequate portion size, lack of included side dishes, and the poor service, I would have been happier eating upstairs in the food court.

The reason I’m giving this restaurant a 2 star review is because it’s waay waay over priced. Dinner for 2 last night with my wife ran us 140 dollars including tax and tip for a split shrimp cocktail, an appetizer of a cup of clam chowder for myself and a salad for my wife and 2 glasses of wine total. We also ordered 2 seafood entrees; an Asian tuna for myself and an Alaskan halibut for my wife. Honestly, the food wasn’t bad but for those high prices; the quality wasn’t even worth the cost. You would expect to pay half of that at any similar chain restaurant including The Cheesecake Factory next door. The only high point I can give this place is on Wed and Fri evenings they have dollar oysters but it’s in the bar area only and they seem pretty strict on that. I’d say avoid this place; too expensive for the quality. It was a Friday night and pretty dead in there so I assume others have caught on. If this place was priced half of what was charged then I may have given it a 3 – 3.5, otherwise I would say skip this place. If you must do Bridgewater Mall area chain restaurants then I suggest Maggiano’s Little Italy. The prices are a tad similar but the atmosphere, food quality and portions are far better.

Disgrace to the Laundry’s restaurant name. EVERY1STARRATINGONTHISPAGEIS100% ACCURATE. I’ve been to this location numerous times, and every time the service was absolutely atrocious. I’ve dined twice at the bar and once on the patio. Servers/bartenders are so inexperienced and immature. The bartenders are THEWORST! Last time here, I sat at the bar and was completely ignored by two incompetent female bartenders. They were literally laughing at each other over breaking a glass behind the bar like 6th grade school girls. Completely unacceptable. At their prices, they should be ashamed! I was ready to spend $ 50 an entrée at the bar. They really know how to discourage business. Went next door to Cheesecake and received exceptional service at their bar. It was like night and day.

Okay so went here last night with my friend for«happy hour». Apparently there was no happy hour because of Presidents Day, okay fine. Well after we order our food we are told okay now there is a happy hour, the manager gave the okay for it. We didn’t complain but we also were given cold food and horrible service I don’t think I’ll ever be coming here again, go to Cheesecake instead.

We come here a few times a year in the past, used to be regulars at happy hour. Came with my family on a slow Tuesday for my birthday dinner. We reserved one of the back private booths. My son and his girlfriend got there first and were told that 5 could not possibly be seated in the back. This changed when I arrived. We were seated and our server asked our preference for water(first upsell). When we requested tap he disappeared… to the point that I started watching my watch… another 5 minutes(It was nearly 15) and we’re gone. He showed up in the nick of time. Next came the wait for the drinks we ordered. I ordered a Manhattan, UP. I expect the glass to be full or nearly full. It wasn’t. And not a big glass. Points off. My sons Old Fashion tasted«off:» too. And we ordered brand, not well drinks. We asked for bread. We got a half round of something for the 5 of us. it was sectioned into 4 pieces. Points off. Dinner finally arrived. My(4) $ 28 scallops were lukewarm at best. My wife had fish and chips with«old bay» seasoning. She found little seasoning on the fries. Everyone seemed pleased by dessert. When the bill came, My dessert was comped for my birthday, as was apparently $ 25 from our loyalty account for my birthday. Points back on. Overall, this was a good place, where you got good seafood and well crafted drinks. I used to enjoy the happy hour, but then there was«rules» placed and the food options suffered. I go to Bonefish grill now. The bar has gotten sloppy and cheap. Ive always liked the décor and atmosphere. Food… good taste, but you pay a premium for both food and drink here so one expects more. It should come out HOT, or at least not have you wondering when it was hot. I thought that Seasons 52 competition around the corner would have had them step up their game. To their credit, they sent a survey the next day. We reserved through open table I think. I answered the survey. And they called the next day to speak with me… said to call back to any of the managers. I dont want to be comped meals. I want to pay for a nice meal and drink and get what I paid for, They have work to do.

You can’t beat their $ 1 an oyster Wednesday night special! For only $ 16 I had a dozen oysters and a vodka on the rocks. The house vodka was fine and at the happy hour price who could complain. The bar was crowded but comfortable and the staff incredibly professional. The happy hour menu attracts the after work crowd and we noticed a variety of sampling plates whizzing by. Since the bar/restaurant is located in a mall there is plenty of parking and it has its own exterior entrance. So you don’t have to battle bag laden shoppers to wend your way into oyster land.

Went for happy hour, the selection is very nice, fish tacos, shrimp tacos, cheeseburger and fries, quesadillas and much more very well priced in the drinks are nice too. the service was a little slow even though they wasn’t packed for happy hour got a cheeseburger and fries which was very good but they only brought me a little ketchup and had to ask for Mayo a few times, they had a lobster cobb salad that looked is very nice but a little overpriced I probably will try next time but the happy hour is one of the best highly recommended.

Overall pretty solid choice, especially for being at a mall. The service was decent, although anything ordered from the bar took quite a while to come. The food was nicely flavored, although the portions were very small, especially for the price. We met another couple for dinner and for the most part had a good time. IT was a bit surprising that as a seafood restaurant they don’t have any daily specials. Overall we were happy with it and would return.

Went to this location last night and was very disappointed. Not only was my steak less something I’d get from TGIFridays — mushy, stringy, and over seasoned to make up for the poor piece of meat but it came with three pieces of asparagus and a half of a roasted tomatoe. $ 31 bucks. Everyone else I was with had similar disappointments. Over priced, small portions of subpar food.
