Was promised a e gift card for a really bad chewy, rubbery chicken dish that we had on a previous visit.(complained on their website) Gift card was never sent. The email I sent to remind the general manager was ignored. Truly disappointed in a place we always enjoyed

About what you’d expect. Girlfriend and I stopped here for lunch on the way home from New Hope. I got the Ravioli di Portobello and my girlfriend got the Stuffed Chicken Marsala. Good sized portions and we thought the food was nice, but not worth writing home about. It took a while for our food to come out, but was understandable because the restaurant was absolutely packed. This may be an old thing now, but I haven’t been to an Olive Garden in a while and one thing that surprised me was the tablet on the table. You could order drinks, appetizers, and dessert as well as play games($ 1.99 for unlimited play) and pay your bill on it. It made it easy to swipe the credit card and leave when our meal was finished which was nice, but I still don’t know how I feel about having a tablet to play games on at a restaurant table, even if it is for kids. Anyway, happy with the meal and the service was friendly, can’t complain here.

I’ve been to O.G. all over the country. Typically both the food and service are below average at best. However, this was by far the BEST Olive Garden I have ever been to. The food came out hot and on time. Our server, Brendan, was knowledgeable and attentive. The management checked on everyone in the restaurant to make sure they were being treated well. The restaurant was clean, etc. My preference is for family run Italian restaurants, but you really can’t miss here unless you are the miserable sort.

We were running late getting home through NJ and stopped at this location which we’ve visited before. Service was prompt and friendly. The food was not distinguished, but it was delivered promptly and as described. In addition to the requisite soup/salad we went with their never ending pasta, although truth be told we were only good for two rounds of(slightly overcooked) pasta. We appreciated the server allowing us to switch selections mid-meal. The building is accessible and the parking lot easy to navigate.

Wish I could give this review 0 stars. Came here on a Sunday night with a friend around 7 and the wait was only 15 minutes which started off good. My table happened to receive the NASTIEST waitress I’ve ever had. Not to be overly judgmental, but when I go out to eat, I expect the server to have their appearance be at least decent. After all, they are near my food & drinks. With that being said, my waitress looked about 19. Her hair was in the sloppiest bun I’ve ever seen, she had no makeup on, and her teeth were in dire need of cleaning. Fingernails were dirty too. Aside from her appearance being atrocious, her attitude was even worse. Very aggressive when handing us our menus and taking them away. Acted annoyed when my friend & I needed extra time to go over the menu. Finally ordered and our food came to us cold. The cheese on my lasagna was hardly melted. Our waitress was nowhere in sight throughout the entire time of us eating, except for when she came over & snatched my plate as I was eating, AND then had the nerve to say«oh, you’re still working»? My friend and I were completely annoyed by this point. We finally were able to catch her attention to ask for the check. It took her well over 10 minutes to finally bring it to us and when she did, we asked her for them separate and we acknowledged the fact that we forgot to mention that. She rolled her eyes and had someone else bring us separate checks. My friend and I paid(we DIDN’T tip her) and decided to speak with the manager on the way out. The manager was very nice and refunded our money as well as giving us each a $ 15 gift card. Probably won’t ever return here regardless. DON’T GOHERE! Or at least not to this location.

The staff is really nice and friendly. Décor is what you expect it to be. Love the complementary salad and the portion. The food is a hit or miss. Sometimes the pasta can come out cooked really well and other times not so much. The pastas sometimes lack a good portion of sauce.

This is run if the mill Italian place. Very standard dishes. Good for like a business meeting and good for bread sticks. Their meals aren’t bad but they are amazing either. Their salad is pretty good. As for service it’s always a hit or miss at this place.

Went for an early New Years dinner 7 of us, we had 5 pm reservations. We where seated, waiter took our drink order right away, keep in mind there were only 2 other tables that had people seated. 30 min. went by NO drinks we had to ask, put in appetizer order another 40 minute wait, when they came out we ordered our dinners which took another 45minutes… steak was so hard and dried out you could not cut it, salmon was dried out around the edges. .not one meal was served the way it should have been… totally disappointed, the waiter gave an attitude when I told him that the steak was not edible, took forever to get the manager over to the table… never going back and I suggest if your hungry go elsewhere

This Olive Garden is the BEST. My spouse and I go there at least once a week since it opened four and one-half years ago and we’ve never had a complaint nor a bad meal. The servers are attentive, nice, accommodating and the managers are top notch esp Mr. Young. We literally eat here once a week even if we are BROKE. The bright lighting adds to the upbeat, happy ambience.(I hate dark restaurants like Maggiones). LOVELOVELOVE this eatery. You get a big bang for the buck.

First you should be impressed with their locality, cleanliness & friendly nature of their staff. Frequently they run promotion which is going to impress you, I’m a big fan of their two for 25 promotion . Right now their creamy citrus chicken is my fav. Thou you have to run few extra miles to burn those calories but that tastes awesome

The resturant ambiance was canned. The host was clearly disenchanted with life. The food was less than mediocre, and our waiter couldn’t care less. Will not be back.

I’m the General Manager at this location. I took over about a year ago and I promise you the service is excellent! Come in and try one of the many new entrees we have — There are great new fillets, seafood, low calorie, and every day value dishes… Something for everyone! Our service team is friendly and trained to provide you a dining experience you will love! In a rush during lunch? Order off our new pronto lunch menu and be in and out in 30 minutes! If you are skeptical, ask for a manager. Let them know you saw us on Unilocal and I guarantee a perfect visit! Hope to see you at our Olive Garden!

I am not usually a chain restaurant fan, but this location is clean, bright, and inviting. My husband and I went there for an impromptu lunch and I was really impressed with the food. I had the salad, soup, and breadsticks lunch special, and my husband had the garlic rosemary chicken off the regular menu. His dish was simple – a chicken breast properly cooked and tasty with a mound of mashed potatoes on the side. Yum. I noticed that Olive garden does specials on some of their drinks($ 4 martinis!) and food items until 6 pm on weekdays. I would definitely go back for lunch or a casual dinner. The food was good, the service was good, the price was fair.

Listen… I’m not a big dessert person so when i find one that tantalize my taste buds… I’m hooked! If you love fresh strawberries and white chocolate, the dolcini version is just right. The small size can satisfy anyone(especially those watching their figure lol). Plus its economical

Seems from the reviews it is a real hit or miss kind of place depending on what you are looking for. For us the meals and service went well. A personal pizza that was ordered at the table arrived nicely done and was thoroughly enjoyed. For me, I had the grilled shrimp caprese. The Shrimp and tomatoes were excellent but the sauce for the pasta was a bit on the bland side. Love the endless salad and only wish it was lighter on the dressing and perhaps if we asked they would accommodate — maybe next time. For some reason in my mind I think of the Olive Garden being the McDonald’s of Italian food. Perhaps not the best analogy but if you are looking for the small mom and pop family run place with the homemade sauce of secret origins you are mismatching you expectations.
