We were looking to purchase a home in Maine and when were found one we wanted to have an inspector not referred to us by a broker. I found Brightech on the Web and was impressed by what I read. Tim is very professional and extremely thorough. His report which I received immediately was full of helpful information and knowledge. At the inspection he goes over everything with you and explains it in great detail. You never feel like you are bothering him even when you call him multiple times after the inspection. Tim works with you to set up a time that is good for everyone, this was helpful since we were out of state buyers. I would use his company again and would recommend him to anyone that needs an inspection.

As first time homebuyers, we were understandably nervous about buying a home and the inspection specifically for the older home that we wanted (1925). Tim came highly recommended by our realtor who promised that he was meticulous in his work. This is 100% true! The whole process was streamlined and easy — inspection within a week, on a Saturday. We were not able to attend but sent a family member in our place who was very impressed with how detail-​oriented the inspection was [three hours on a 1200 sqft house]. Payment was easily done for us from far away via PayPal. We received our 66 (!!) page inspection report less than 24 hours later and were able to use the findings (with both photos and VIDEOS) to negotiate with the current homeowners on some fixes. Would not hesitate to use Brightech Property Inspections again (although hope we don’t have to for a while :)).

I have first hand experience with Tim, I also do home inspections and Brightech has often hired me to do septic inspections for them. I have seen Tim in action and he is very thorough during an inspection. I would hire Tim to inspect my home. Keep up the great work Tim.
