Met with Lindsay. Had to wait a little but well worth it. Going forward they should think about developing an app to set appointments. Don’t need a receptionist but they do need a better way of allowing customers to set their own appointment times. Hopefully they read this and take it away as an action item.

I have been there about 6 times. Honestly they do give good haircuts but most of the time the wait is insane. Walk ins are not welcome should be the sign outside. Who has an hour to wait! An improvement idea don’t allow all of them take appointments.

I agree with the other reviewer that they do not greet when you come in the door and explain that most customers make an appointment and they take them first. You could be sitting there for over an hour and when you inquire they then state«you should make an appointment, we are very busy!» Not professional at all. The stylist also like to have personal conversations with each other while cutting your hair. Apparently they are not concerned with obtaining walk in customers. Very disappointed.

Wanted to give 2.5 but I guess I cant… Had one good hair cut there. The other haircut was one of the roughest haircuts ive ever had. Felt like she was pulling out my hair. Maybe she was in a bad mood or doesnt know know her own strength I dunno what the deal was. But it was rough to the point I dont know if ill even be back period. Kinda felt like complaining about it but I guess we all make mistakes so I bit my tongue. =/

Was my 2nd time at Lady Jane’s first time at The Brighton Location, I really like how you can pick who you want to cut your hair, and I picked A good one, I picked Kara G and I was very impressed, Very nice talked to me the whole time and We talked Football and School, I will go to her again for sure!
