This place sux. They berated us for touching a comic book, saying we are not to touch as it may bend the cover. How do you expect a customer to buy anything here? BS

The wife and I were out and about, when we decided to head to Brighton. We quickly went to our Unilocal app and looked up comic book stores. We found this gem and we were off like the dynamic duo.
This place is a really cool place. The staff is very talkative and helpful. We were engaged by at least 3 staff members in our short ten minute visit. They have all typical comic books from week to week, a lot of collectibles, and tons of funko pops. Their entire middle area is devoted to the cute little action figures.
The subscription is free with a one book minimum and they give out an incentive that works to be around 5%, since you get a free 5 dollar coupon when you spend $ 100.
Overall, this place looks great, has friendly employees, and a pretty good subscription plan. If you are live in the area or need a cool place to stop, give this place a try.

I love Nerdageddon and I always go to them first for my comics. Chris and Shalini are wonderful and it’s so nice to see them when I stop in. Because I have a subscription box, they know me by name and have even recommended new series to me that didn’t know about but have loved!
If you are ever looking for a title that isn’t on the shelf don’t be afraid to ask! On multiple occasions, we have been able to look up a trade paperback and order it so it can be picked up in a regular subscription box update. Chris and Shalini are great about calling to inform when those orders are in to pick up or if the item isn’t available.
Even when I don’t have new issues in my box, it’s still fun to stop by the store and browse (I’ve often gone home with comics I wasn’t expecting to buy!) and chat with everyone at the store.

Great small shop that has the potential to become big and well known. Very friendly staff. Easily the best shop in the county. Good deals on booster packs for multiple TCG’s.

Went here once, and won’t go back. Ok selection. We were the only customers in the store. Female employee kept telling us to make sure we didn’t bend or tear the pages so she can sell them as new. He words were polite, but her tone was not. If you’re that worried about keeping items pristine, then put them in sleeves!

Very neat shop in downtown Brighton. Good selection of new floppies, great trades section, toys, lots of gaming stuff and a cool display of «wall books.» Friendly proprietor! Highly recommend checking them out if you’re a casual fan of nerd culture of a diehard.
