Wait time was short. Very very friendly staff. Food came out at a reasonable time. Atmosphere was nice. Very clean except the restrooms should be swept a bit more. Good price. Good food. Great for kids, a date or almost any occasion.

Burger tasted like frozen patty you buy at a grocery store. Let’s say my stomach had issues after. Look in Bristol this place is always packed. Not cause it’s good, it’s cause this is like fine dining compared to some places. I think I’d rather get Wendy’s or Burger King. Food just isn’t appealing. Staff I will say is super friendly. Also popcorn at table is the best part! That’s why they get two stars.

Don’t get the steak tips and expect anything other than shoe leather. Aside from the bad tips, we had one of the worst waitresses I’ve ever had. Literally waited 15 minutes to order and another 15 for our check. Not sure how this location does any business. I had this saved to post after we left, after talking to the hostess on the way out in changing my 2 stars to 1. My boyfriend stopped to let the hostess know what poor service we had and her quote of «I don’t know what to tell you» is what pushed me over the edge. The Enfield location is fantastic, Bristol not so much! Needless to say the staff needs some customer service training and we will never be back there.

This 99 is by far our favorite go to place in Bristol! Bartenders are fabulous and servers are great as well… Food is ALWAYS consistently delicious and great prices… Cooks are fabulous at any item changes we ask for.

Ah, the good ol’ 99 chain. A true tried and true classic in my town, a place I would go and annoy the staff with my teenage antics, a place where I sat at the forbidden bar, only made legal with a guardian present. Fast forward ten years, and I’m really glad this place has updated some parts of it and of course, an updated, modern menu. Popcorn is still mandatory on each table(yessss). The food was still good. We had burgers, steaks, chicken tenders and french onion soup. We all enjoyed the French onion soup, and I had no complaints on anything else. Typical franchise food made right. Ended with a petite treat, and well, they’re pre-made I’m sure cause that’s sure how they tasted lol Service was a bit spotty but hey, I am a believer in equal opportunity for all.

Decent for a chain but not my favorite. Would go to chilis if given the choice. I guess prices are good and bar is decent.

Good place for simply hanging out with friends or family. Ambience is quite simple and same as you find in any of other food chain restaurants/diners. Liked the cocktails, their menu has quite a variety of good drinks. I tried Hawaiian vacation and Barbadose Breeze, both were refreshing flavors. We tried the starters flatbread caprese and baked potato skin with cheese were very delicious. Starters were so good, even the quantity was more than enough for two people. Their $ 9.99 entrée is having variety full of options. Overall this place is good option with reasonable prices.

It has been quite some time since I’ve ventured into a 99 Restaurant and times have changed! They’ve revamped their menu since the last time I ate here and I have to say I was a bit impressed with the quality of food. I usually play it safe with«chain» places and order a burger. I ordered the«Stadium Burger» which is a mix of Italian sausage and ground beef, topped with provolone cheese and peppers. There is also a homemade mustard which I have to say was my favorite part of the sandwich! It was very good and I’d definitely order it again. It was comparable to a class ‘sausage and peppers’ grinder, but in burger format. For starters, we got the Caprese flatbread which was good, although I would have preferred more mozzarella and less Balsamic sauce(I felt it was a little too sweet, but it was good nonetheless) My boyfriend got the Bubble Green Tea for his beverage, and to my delight, it was actually quite refreshing!(Not sure how Bubble Green Tea fits into the restaurant menu, but it’s still a good choice for something a bit different) The dessert menu was a bit lacking — nothing on it that I really wanted to try. I’d give this place a try again!

The food isn’t really that bad. I used to always get the Sirlion Tips, which were usually very tender and had good flavor. Last night I got the Tips and Chicken Tenders and the tenders were dry as a bone but the Tips were good.

99 is a hit or a miss. This is another place that my family likes and I have gone there a lot. It’s a little pricey for the kind of restaurant it is. The food is OK, and when something isn’t cooked properly the wait staff takes care of it without drama. It is efficient and the food is good without being spectacular. It isn’t really homey like the Oasis down the street, but it has its own charm. Sometimes it is tough to get into the place. However, you don’t have to wait too long to be seated. I never say«wow» after eating here, but I have never said anything bad about it either. So it is just A-OK for casual dining. I thought about giving it 4 stars, because other members in my family really love the place. But after all, this review is really my call.

This is a sit-down chain restaurant in a typical strip mall. Briefly, I thought service was good but prices were on the high side for casual dining. Expect to spend $ 12 and above for an average dinner entrée. I ordered the Captain’s Combo Platter, which is a selection of fried seafood, and found the portion size to be a bit smaller than what I expected. The restaurant provides free popcorn.
