The day after we signed a construction design contract including accompanying full payment of $ 3200.00 for the work the owner, Andre, left the country and has never supplied any design documents which we were supposed to receive within thirty days. He had done work for us previously which was decent and that’s why I trusted him with so large an amount. Allison, his assistant, said he left the country a second time. I am certain he believes I was an easy target for his scam. I am seeking legal recourse
