Seneca-Broadview Hills Apts

First off I’ll start by saying this, the interior is nice, but the neighbors either don’t speak English, or don’t speak at all. I’ve been staying here for the past few months and almost already fully regret it. The staff in the leasing office is harder than hell to get a hold of, it takes 15 – 20 phone calls before they’ll even answer. The leasing office also LOVES to be completely unfriendly, and uncommunicative. They also like to tack on ridiculous and irrelevant fees on top if the rent, and charge late fees when rent isn’t even late. The lobbies of the apartment buildings are disgusting, every night they fill with empty beer cans and spilled beer all over the floor. I’ve made several complaints, but they seem to take no initiative to fix the problem. I would not recommend this place to even the most uncaring person.
