Howard Street Diner

Found this place by searching on Unilocal because I was in the area but wasn’t sure where to eat. Got a great breakfast for $ 4.00! Eggs, potatoes & toast… What more can you ask for!
Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cheap, but quality breakfast!

We love living so close to such a friendly and inexpensive diner. The food is good and the coffee keeps coming too.

Me and my friends Kaina came over this morning to get breakfast thinking we would never find a place for a seat on a Sunday late morning. I was shocked to walk right in and sit right down at the counter plus there was also a few open tables. The waitresses are super friendly and super quick. In the food is remarkably good can’t remember when I’ve had an on the taste so good in any recent time. Thanks I’ll deathly stop in here again sometime.

Stop by here this Sunday morning on a shot to get a seat. Walked in to find that the place was only half-​full. Which on a Sunday late morning I thought for sure the food must have been horrible but I figured I’d give it a shot anyhow. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the food was not only not super overpriced comma but probably one of the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. So much so I am still walking away thinking about how good it actually was. Everything cooked to Perfection nothing burnt coffee tasted good. Andthe service crew was very friendly and quick. If I’m in the area for breakfast I definitely will stop in again thanks.

Been going here for 20 years, from past owner to present. Great spot. Good food at reasonable prices. Staff likes to joke and have some fun with the customers. Still the go-​to breakfast spot in the area.

Came here this morning. The food wasn’t good. I had an omelet and the eggs were weird. They were tasteless and smooth. Too smooth. Like fake. I only give it 2 stars because the homefries were good. Seasoned well. And the coffee was pretty strong. The service wasn’t that great either. Won’t be going back.

The Howard Street Diner has awesome breakfast! Many years ago Big Bobs Breakfast had this location, but they moved over by Sidelines, and ever since then Howard Street Diner has been taking over the responsibility of feeding hungry breakfast goers. The place is not pretty to look at, and will definitely make you feel like you’ve traveled back to the 70’s/80’s, but the breakfast is great, so who cares about the rest. I have never had a bad breakfast here. The wait staff will not kiss your buttt here, but they are nice, and get the job done. You can sit at the bar or a booth. You can even see them cooking your food from behind the bar. They serve soda’s right out of the can. I really do love this place, and If I still lived in the area it would be my go-​to breakfast spot.
