IHOP

As me and my family arrived on a Sunday afternoon the restaurant was empty. The waiter Giovanni made it his priority to give us great customer satisfaction. He got us our drink and would check on us for refills, which is an A+ for me i chugged down those delicious raspberry ice teas. Our food was great i ordered the country fried steak with scrambled eggs and it was made with perfection. Overall it was a great experience

Dirty silverware, subpar food, service takes forever even when there’s only like 10 people in there and 3 waiters/​waitresses… yea, it’s a NO for me.

This location was one of the nicer and clean ones. Very spacious and the service is friendly, attentive, and very nice! We’ll definitely come back here again.
One tip: the menu says asking for Canadian style bacon at extra charge is available, but it’s actually not. our waitress told us that the cooks are always mad when t comes in the order bc they don’t even serve it anymore. So I guess corporate needs to update their menus!

We had our breakfast, paid the bill and were just sitting having our coffee, when the manager came over and said“the server said you have been here for a long time”. You have to leave.
So if you don’t want to chew and screw, DON’T EAT here!!!

They honestly cannot get a single order right or you’ll get it burned. Check twice before leaving.

Lets just say, whos the boss here? I call ahead to ordrr a pickup of french toast, thats it. The guy on the phone ask me my order puts me on hold. Then comes backs and ask me my order 3 more times then puts me back on hold. Then a girl comes on the phone and ask my order again. Then i go to pick up my french toast and they didnt put the order in. Worse service ever and this also happened to me at an ihop in brighton. Lets just say i will no longer go here for breakfast food.

Came to get breakfast to go and there was a long wait. It’s Sunday so I assumed it would be. I order my takeout and sit patiently for it. After 22 minutes (from the time stamped on the receipt) I go to the front desk and ask where my food was. It was behind them. I asked if it was cold and the lady (who I presume is a member of management) said it wasn’t. I was annoyed because I only felt the omelette warm and not the rest of the food. Sure enough, it was all cold. And my bacon was soggy from the condensation from staying in the takeout container too long. Won’t be coming here anymore. On the upside, I give Management 5 stars because Monica (the manager) was understanding and refunded my money.

service, food and cleanliness is better than any 4star restaurant. It amazes me how fantastic a pancake house is.

Food not the best, service even worse

Ok so my wife decided to surprise me and the kids with Breakfast at IHop! We have eaten there many times before with our fair share of some issues… well today I decided to order a Cheese Omlet with Xtra American Cheese, White Toast and a side of 4 Sausage Links… with Both Coffee and OJ… every e else ordered their breakfast and upon the server bringing our food to the table we received everything as ordered until I cut I to the Cheese Omlet! Now keep in mind I ordered EXTRA CHEESE. there was absoluetly no cheese inside of the Omlet there was however 1 piece of cheese cut in half placed on the top of the omlet… I brought this issue to our servers attention and asked if I could get it corrected… now I start to go for my white toast… and now I find that it is nothing but toasted bread… no butter, no jelly… at this point so much time has passed everyone else has already finished eating… so now I told my wife I would get something to eat elsewhere and told our server again about the toast and to forget about the omlet due to the time frame of getting a new one out to me… our server was good and we understand that it wasn’t his fault at all but it ultimately reflects on him…
We let the manager know about this issue and got a wopping $ 8.00 off the bill… minus what I ordered.
The Whole dining experience was very unpleasurable!

My friend and I were there Sunday morning for breakfast. The greeters were friendly and seated us immediately. A very polite and friendly waitress came over and took our order. She was prompt, helpful, efficient, and courteous.
The food was excellent and served quickly. The restaurant was clean and neat.
I’ve never had bad service or food there but this time it was exceptionally good.

What horrible service. I’ll never go there again. Me and my daughter went to lunch today and we ordered side salads with our food they brought the side salads out first and we didn’t like them at all. So we told the waitress that and she took them away and then the manager came over and told me I had to pay for those salads even know I didn’t eat them and basically told me just because I don’t like there salads I still have to pay I said I’m not paying for something I did not eat. And she insisted that I was so I told her I was leaving and I did. She was so unprofessional and argued with me like wow never again I never heard of this. She kept asking me why I didn’t like the salad I said because it was gross and now you want me to pay for it even know I didn’t eat it. No way I would not recommend this place.

This is the WORST IHOP that I have ever been to! I got a dirty food crusted cup then asked for another one this one had LIPSTICK on it! Asked for one more the Handel was sticky with pancake syrup ! So now I’ve already waited a half hour for my food and 3 dirty cups I get my food and its severely undercooked that it looked like they dumped Milk over my eggs ! So nasty I will NEVER go back to this location!

Was a little surprised by some of the horrible reviews for this place. I will start by saying that I have only eaten breakfast here and only go on weekday mornings so maybe that makes a big difference in the level of service I receive and food quality. The special I get is the scrambled eggs with bacon hash browns and pancakes for 6.50 is well worth it and very consistent. I wouldn’t come here and order the fish and chips and expect something amazing. It’s IHOP guys stick to the breakfast and you’ll be ok. :)

Where do I start? The waiter sat us down at a table and forgot about us for 10 – 15 mins, finally brought us coffee but no utensils were at the table. Had to go steal some from other table. Food was crappy and overpriced, waiter forgot a part of our order and offered to bring it out when we had already eaten (she couldn’t be found before that). Had to explain to the manager why I wouldn’t pay for something I never got, his answer was you should’ve waited for her to bring it to you we are running a bit behind today. Avoid at all cost.

Food sucks, service sucks!.. I had pancakes what else. smells like rat poop. fish and chips. as hard as stone and very oily. kids had hot chocolate. all gross and stale. please dont dine in if you care for your health. there is something seriously wrong with this place

I don’t mind when employees are happy and chatting with each other, but not at the expense of my time when good service is due. Our breakfast took awhile to be ready even at a time where the restaurant was only less than 20% occupied.
If you see a pregnant mother struggling with an autistic child, have the courtesy to offer if there was anything that can be done to help the situation on your end. When no one from the staff approaches and all eyes are on my son, I just had to take the food to go in which we had to wait a little longer for. The waitperson could at least offer to change our seats to a more open space or add an ounce of «hustle» in their work ethic. I would of loved to have even requested it had someone came to check on us. Nope. Not an oz of empathetic professional in the room. For the inflated price of breakfast, can’t blame me for holding them to that standard.

Fast, courteous service. Food was fast and tasty! Have visited twice same great experience each time. Had a question on something and the staff even took the time to make herself understood and clear. Fantastic food and service. Definitely will return.

Judge me if you must, but I love IHOP and their heavenly pancakes and perfectly-​shaped omelettes. I love the strawberry syrup so much that I even pour it on my omelette. I tend to stay away from IHOP as their meals are calorie-​bombs, but my wife suggested breakfast at this location before our trip to IKEA and I’m glad I said yes. Regarding this location, it’s nicely decorated, clean, and service was perfect. Yummy.

I’ve been here twice. The second time was recently, and my experience was poor-​fair. My little cousin had lettuce or some particles floating around at the top and bottom of her drink. Absolute disgust. The food wasn’t bad, but the waiter did not perform his job well and didn’t check up on us after he served us. Rather, he decided to have a conversation with friends who had came to sit and drink water.
